Holiday rentals with a patio in Kalibo

Ms Pearl Joy was kind enough to allow us to check in earlier than the check in time. The place is as listed. Complete and clean. She also communicated effectively and accomodated some of our requests. Wifi signal and mobile reception is good. The place is inside the Boracay Newcoast. There is a beach front exclusive for newcoast guests, its a few minutes walk but you can also hop in on the Comet shuttle service of the newcoast thats running from the entrance down to Cujo's Keyhole. Oceanway is located away from the busy hub of Boracay but not a problem at all as the Hop On Hop Off bus passes by oceanway, the HOHO bus is an effective transit to go around Boracay Island.

Great communication with Jennifer and the host . The apartment is right on the beach with the great view. The apartment is very well equipped ( kitchen ) . Very good wifi , great restaurant just next door . A few minutes walk to D’mall . I highly recommend this place

Our 3D2N stay was very good as a first timer in Boracay. It is a very nice place, walkable to Dmall, Boracay beach, and super near Bolabog beach where the sun rises. Lots of restaurants and sari sari stores nearby if you want to cook in the place. The rooms were clean even if we check in too early because the previous guest checked out early. We were supposed to store our luggage only but Ate Rosa let us in the room already even if it's too early. There's a lifeguard on duty so we were not so afraid to let kids in the pool. The place is so accessible to all your needs and nice views. I would stay here again if I go back to Boracay.

Spacious and cozy. Great for families. Only e trike away from beaches but overall great stay.

The stay was everything looked for in a 6 month stay in Boracay.. the residence was like home for 6 months I am spoiled now and expect every stay to have an ocean view / mt./golf course view every moment of every day it’s really nice to have a private beach at your disposal too. And then there’s Pooka Beach not 5 minutes away where you can get the locals vibe . 10 minuets on an ETrike or the Hop on Hoo off bus. And you’re at the world famous White Beach and D Mall. Chilling for Happy Hour.the host was quite responsive and a wealth of knowledge of the things to do and see. I highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

Lui's Happy Place in Antique is a hidden gem, providing an incredible beachfront experience. It's the ideal private retreat for friends and families seeking an escape from the city. The beach house itself is cozy and exceeded our expectations. The host has done an exceptional job maintaining the property's unique charm while also providing modern amenities. Will we return? Absolutely! It's a resounding YES!

So close to white beach in tranquil Station 3. Beach side residential neighborhood with the right vibe. Very safe to walk around even at night. The house is as stated in the listing, 3 bedrooms with private Kitchen and receiving area. Clean and airy and well-ventilated. And accessible to main road(short walk) for tricycle to Dmall Station 2 & 1. Though we walk along the white beach to Dmall most of the time. The host Mar is very quick to respond and assist us. He also arranged our airport transfers which is very convenient. Will stay again here.

It was so great staying at this gorgeous home! My entire family had a wonderful time. Ruben and his co-cost Rodel and Joy were so kind and so easy to communicate with, not to mention very helpful. This property was beyond expectation. We walked into a very clean home which provided all of the essentials. The location was perfect and the host was extremely responsive. It was a last minute booking to rest for a night (driving Cebu-Manila) but ended up staying for 3 days 2 nights! Its a highlight. Thank you for making our trip so lovely!

Casa Calma was above and beyond what we expected we spent 3 weeks there and it was perfect. we will be returning next year. The views from there must be the best in Boracay and the staff so helpful.

They were very accommodating and responsive and even allowed us to stay until 2pm free of charge. They also catered our requests as we are 4 ladies staying in the room and need some things for our stay. The room is also easy to spot since it's just outside of the elevator and all the amenities mentioned are there. Too bad we didn't bad we didn't have much time to go to the pool area. Front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. There was just a brief power interruption in the evening but the generator was immediately opened and power was restored shortly after. The whole place is perfect for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Boaracay. For suggestions, if they can get a full body mirror next time for the guests. Overall the stay was perfect. Thank you so much! 😊😊😊

Nice little one bedroom apartment in a typical neighborhood. Reasonable walking distance from white beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Needed a few small items when we first checked in and the host was very responsive. Be aware that it is a three floor walk up.

My family had a wonderful stay. The place is huge and clean. Exactly as the photos. There’s no gym so the stairs going up is kind of our exercise plus the walking on the beach daily. There’s a nearby store also to buy some necessities. The pool is small but hey we went there for the beach and it’s few mins walk.

We were so thrilled with our stay at May’s . The condo itself was pristine, spacious and comfortable, with a balcony and stunning views . We loved the pool and gym. The kitchen had an all amenities for daily cooking. The location was quiet and 10 minutes to all shopping and town. Local transportation made getting around very convenient. We visited all the beaches nearby with local transportation. Mae is an excellent host who responded immediately to our inquiries. We were sad to leave and plan a return stay. We give May a 5 plus for her condo in paradise.

Place was a great place to stay for 2 weeks. Everything you need. There was also a water cooler and the building has a backup generator. Great building staff and security.

The place was in the perfect location, it was the most beautiful part of the island. With great restaurants and amazing views. Restaurant especially Bistro Des Amis, must visit! Great staff great food, great view. However, checking in was a bit of hassle, we got wrong room details and it was 32c with luggage.. There was barely any reception, so we couldn’t communicate with host properly, we could in the end and they were able to help us. Locals around helped us to locate the house. Unfortunately, there was construction going on entire time we stayed there. But overall, it was a nice stay, we really had fun and enjoyed our time in Boracay. Thank you!
