Located in a quiet side street. 5-minute walk to the shopping street (supermarkets, shops, pubs and restaurants). 2 kilometers to the cathedral as the crow flies, about 10 minutes by taxi to the trade fair.

You will find a small and quiet retreat, but in no time at all Cologne's top locations, such as the Lanxess Arena (10 minutes), the fair (10 minutes), the cathedral (15 minutes), the old town (15 minutes), but also at the airport (20 minutes) or on the motorway (5 minutes).

The room can be used independently from the rest of the house. It has a double bed (1.40) and a private bathroom with a shower In the passage to the bathroom you can prepare food. The induction hotplate can be set up as needed. Basic equipment is available. We live 6 km away from Cologne/Bonn Airport, which is 9 minutes by car. You don't have to worry about towels and bed linen. Important! We also live in this house. You will hear living noises.
