This apartment is in a historical house and you can use it for your own. We /the owners are living in the upper floors. The apartment is completely equipped and has a big livingroom, a quiet bedroom, a separate and well equipped kitchen and a bathroom (second toilett on the corridor). In bedroom two persons can sleep in a 1,80m wide bed. A third sleeping option gives a 2m sofa (sleepingsofa) in livingroom. Theoretically two persons can sleep there. For sure towels and bed linen are included. The apartment has LED-TV and WLAN. Using garden is a matter of arrangement. Only 2-3 minutes distance to stop of city-tram number 4. With this line you reach trade fair/exhibition center without change in 15 minutes, in 25 minutes you reach center of city also without change. A big supermarket and other shops are in 100 m distance. A restaurant and a bistro you can reach by feet. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but of course you can smoke in the garden. If you travel by car you will find parkingplaces in front of the house or nearby. Forrest, a lake and a park for deers in a 3km distance offers you to take chance for recreation and jogging.

Cozy chic apartment, close to the fair, conveniently located and with parking. In this apartment, you can rest and relax. There is a balcony and a bathtub, as well as a small kitchen. Smart TV with Netflix. In 10-15 minutes you can take the city train to the fair or to the city center. Parking in the underground garage is possible. Shopping is available. Aircraft noise is to be expected at times. It's not a newly renovated apartment, so please don't expect perfection.

Our accommodation is located on the second floor of our residential building, directly in the countryside and yet in the popular district of Dellbrück with all the shopping and playground behind the house in the park. Accessible from the airport, city center and trade fair grounds within a few minutes by public transport. Easy walking distance to bus and tram stops. Direct connection to the exhibition center with KVB line 3, to the city center with line 18.

This apartment in Ostheim, which was modernized a year ago, impresses with high-quality furniture and a fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, dishes) and washing machine. The room can be used independently from the rest of the house. It has a double bed (1.40) and a private bathroom with a shower In the passage to the bathroom you can prepare food. The induction hotplate can be set up as needed. Basic equipment is available. We live 6 km away from Cologne/Bonn Airport, which is 9 minutes by car. You don't have to worry about towels and bed linen. Important! We also live in this house. You will hear living noises.
