Holiday rentals in Kalyves Beach

Die Unterkunft war super – genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Zu Beginn gab es ein kleines Problem mit dem Warmwasser, aber Mario hat sich sofort darum gekümmert – wirklich toller Service! Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag auf hohem Niveau: Es wäre schön, wenn grundlegende Dinge wie Salz und Pfeffer vorhanden wären. Ansonsten absolut top – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The place is great, beautifully positioned, very close to the sea. The house is very generous in size, comfortable, all amenities are available, from coffee machine to washing machine, 2 bathrooms, etc., the access is very easy and overall it is a place I am sure to return to for my next holidays. Kostas and his lovely wife are very friendly, he also had some coffee together and some lovely chats. All in all it is a great place to spend a quiet and peaceful holiday!

The apartment is located in Mykiverna village surrounded with around 200 private houses with garden and a lot of green space. You need to walk 5 minutes to get to the beach. There are basketball, tennis and football playground. Also, there is small market equipped with everything you need. Great for families with small children.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Afroditi's beach house in Mikiverna! This house is by far the best we've stayed in during our 6 consecutive years visiting this charming place. The location is perfect, right on the beach and directly in front of the playground, which was ideal for our family. The house itself is impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home. Every appliance and amenity we could possibly need was available, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Afroditi is a wonderful host—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions or needs we had. Her hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Mikiverna. We'll definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic place to enjoy Halkidiki without the overcrowded energy that exists all around. Super chill and quiet with the most generous and nice hosts Will come back again Highly recommended!! Thank you George ❤️

Das Reihenendhaus liegt in einer ruhigen, relaxten, familiären und sicheren Wohnanlage. Es gibt 2 Terrassen, einen Balkon und nen kleinen Garten, 2 Markisen (nicht einfahrbar) und an allen Fenstern Insektenschutz und Schiebeläden. Zum Sandstrand mit Duschen sind es 100m, Lebensmittelgeschäft 100m, Restaurants ca.900m Fussweg. Auto ist von Vorteil, um auch andere Strände und Orte besuchen zu können. Parkplätze sind in der Nähe ausreichend vorhanden. Direkt vor das Haus kann NICHT gefahren werden (der Aufteilung der Wohnanlage geschuldet). WLAN vorhanden (manchmal langsam). Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nur im OG, die ist aber völlig ausreichend. Alle in der Beschreibung stehenden Sachen waren vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr um unser Wohl bemüht und jederzeit erreichbar. Bitte die Hinweise zu Wasser/Abwasser beachten. Preis/Leistung von Gastgeberseite (netto! 😉) für die Hauptsaison ist ok. Wir würden wieder buchen. Vielen Dank und weiter so !

Apartamentul foarte curat , lenjerii imaculate , aș fi apreciat dacă ar fi avut un livingroom unde să te poți relaxa . Apartamentul are doar locuri de dormit , însă a fost aproape de plajă , aproape de alte atracții și stațiuni din zona . Eu și cu familia mea ne-am încărcat pozitiv înainte de începerea școlii. Mulțumesc!
