Holiday rentals with beach access in Kamari beach

Amazing location! Walkable to many restaurants and shops all along Perissa and Perivolos beaches. The restaurant right next door had lounge beds available free with $15 purchase. Everything was nice and clean, host was responsive and friendly…highly recommend!!!

The terrace is the highlight !

We had a wonderful stay with Kelly in Akrotiri. Kely was very kind and helpful for anything we needed, and she provided a great selection of groceries for morning meals and beach towels which we really appreciated. The flat is very clean. Fira and Oia were close enough to get to quickly by car but far enough away to not be affected by their busy traffic. We definitely recommend this accommodation if you want a good base for exploring the island. Kely is the best host I have ever met. Thanks again Kely.

The place was great, everything matched the description, plus it was beautiful and clean. We also loved the location, there were shops, restaurants, and it was close to the beach. As for Eva, she was very helpful, responsive and helped quickly, she even worked out for us if we needed anything. We definitely recommend❤️

Flora is a super host and we had a fabulous stay at their place. Right from a heart warming personal reception outside the home, delicious welcome cookies, refreshing Ouzo to detailed local suggestions, everything was just awesome. The house is suitably located just 5 min walk from a supermarket and bust station to Fira. The house is exact as the photos and is fully equipped with all amenities making you feel at home. The hosts were very responsive to all our queries. Would love to come back again and recommend to everyone.

Fay was an amazing host. She was very responsive, offered local suggestions, helped with airport pick up and ATV rentals. The apartments looked exactly like the pictures and they were clean. There was even a lady that showed every day to see if we wanted house cleaning. Although the apartments were in a centralized location in Santorini, I wished there were more pictures in the listing of the view from the apartments in day light to make a more informed choice of the surroundings of the Airbnb. That would have made us think twice as we were not expecting to have a cemetery almost in front of us and a busy soccer field right diagonal to us. Other than the surroundings, the actual apartments were great and everything in them made our stay worth it.

What a find - the property was lovely, from the minute we walked in to the moment we left. The view of the ocean was fabulous, the villa was spotless and perfect for our needs. The pool is perfect to dip into to cool down on sunny days and the patio just serene to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Beatrice gave us great recommendations - and everywhere we went everyone was friendly and the welcome was warm. Beatrice herself was the perfect host - she was communicative and very helpful, throughout our stay. Can’t recommend this place highly enough - we had a fantastic time here 😊

Our villa was stunning with a most beautiful sea view. It was also extremely private. A short bus ride away from Thira and a short taxi from Oia. The host and her entire team were some of the most friendly and welcoming people we've come across on our travels. It is clear that they have a deep love for Santorini which has definitely rubbed off on us! Safe that when we go back we will be hoping to stay with them again be it in this property or one of their many others on the island. ευχαριστώ!

From arrival till departure, the hosts were always here to help! Very nice location, calm yet convenient to reach other areas in Santorini. The apartment was very clean and beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend!

It was so nice to return to a quiet place after the busyness of the cities. There were no direct neighbors and quiet night. Our host was so kind and easy to work with. The pool and outside furnishings were amazing and the BBQ was clean.

Our stay at Amantes Amentes was really exceptional! Kostas and his parents are extremely friendly and helped us with all our issues. The apartment was right at the beach, very clean and had literally everything we needed. I recommend anyone who wants to stay here to rent a car to get around because the apartment is far away from the popular cities. Thank you Kostas and big thanks to your parents for everything ♥️

Our stay at Ambi Villa was nothing short of magical. The location is absolutely breathtaking, with panoramic views that capture the essence of Santorini - sunsets, sea breeze, and serenity all rolled into one. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible hospitality provided by Alma, Bilal, and their wonderful son, Miguel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. A generous spread of authentic Greek snacks, local delicacies, and a bottle of complimentary Greek wine greeted us, setting the tone for a warm and memorable experience. It wasn’t just about the amenities (which were all top-notch); it was the service. From complimentary laundry to helping us arrange transfers and unforgettable local tours, everything was handled with care and genuine warmth. It felt like we had our own personal concierge - with the heart and soul of a true family. This home is an experience in hospitality, culture, and comfort. We left with full hearts and lifelong memories!

Our stay at Avra was amazing and felt right at home. The place was clean, homely and had everything we needed! Katia was an amazing host - so responsive! She warmly greeted us on arrival, recommended some great spots to visit/try, and organised our car rental and airport transfer. This made our trip very stress-free and we always felt looked after while staying at Avra😊 Could not recommend the place and Katia enough!

Makerouta is a great host. She is so patience and helpful. The house is close to the bus station. Located in a quiet area but within few minutes, there are so many nice restaurants nearby and the foods are great. walking distance to black sand beach. Thank you for your help during our stay!

Mr. Kostas reached out to us in plenty of time, set everything up from our transfers, rental cars, excursions, dinners, sunset cruise, etc. He MADE out trip and helped us experience everything we wanted to do in Santorini and maximized all of our available time. He is simply the best! We are forever grateful! for him! The villas we quiet and relaxing, food, drinks, service was top notch. All the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Vitali provided superb service, and he did a little of everything around there. On site breakfast was very good. But none would have been possible without Mr. Kostas, we cannot thank him enough.

Beautiful three night stay at Apanomeria Boutique Residence with Soritis end of October 2024. Fantastic communication with Soritis, helpful information appreciated throughout our vacation, journey! Lovely surroundings, warm spa Pool and hot shower. Lovely clean homely Apartment. Plentiful places to sit and relax. Walking distance to Sunset, restaurants and bars. We hired a ATV and drove to beaches on other side of Santorini. Beautiful bakeries across the island! Cute place close to the beach. Very reasonably priced and a friendly staff. I didn’t like not knowing where I was going until very last minute especially coming from another country. Also, there are no towels for the beach, but overall a great stay and I would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for 5 days and we had an amazing time. The airbnb is at a perfect location (2 minutes away from the beach) and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby! I would definitely come again!

We had an amazing stay at George’s place. The Villa was beautiful and close to everything. Staff was incredibly helpful and organized our activities/rides. We can’t wait to come back!
