House for 8 people in the atmospheric village of Leszczyniec in the Western Sudetes. A house with a fireplace and a large covered terrace. Outside, there is a heated hot tub with a jacuzzi (optional - extra charge), and a playground. The perfect place for walking in the woods (close to trails), cycling, quiet, remote work, winter holidays and summer holidays. There is a place for a bonfire. LTE Internet (WiFi) for guests included. Close to ski slopes in the Czech Republic (Mala Upa, Pec pod Sněžkou) and Czarnów Ski - 5 minutes away.

Zen Meadow: The whole House

Somewhere in the meadow, between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy Mountains, there is a house. Meadows rustle and birds chirp around. With a cup of coffee, you greet the day on a spacious terrace, suspended over the grass like a raft on the sea. When it rains, you sit by the window overlooking the "Śnieżka" mountain. On winter evenings, you light a fire in the fireplace, and in summer you sit by the fire in the company of fireflies and crickets. Boredom? Perhaps. But beware, this boredom makes you not want to leave us!

Willow creek is a wooden house, located in the charming and delightful village Mniszków in Rudawy Janowickie Landscape Park. It is a new building located next to a forest, pond and a mountain stream, away from the city noise, tourists and hotels. This location guarantees peaceful and quiet holiday. It is an ideal place for people looking for peacefulness and wonderful views. The cottage is ideal for sweet lazing and as a starting point to explore upper regions of mountains, hiking up the hills.

In the heart of the Rudawy Landscape Park, near the Colorful Lakes, there are "dream houses" - created with passion and love - designed and built by ourselves. The cottages surrounded by nature were planned in accordance with the Tiny House idea - a small but very functional space - conducive to closeness. Each cottage has a panoramic window overlooking the mountains instead of a TV, and outside there are 2 terraces and a jacuzzi - from where you can admire the landscapes, sunsets and stars.

Cozy apartment in a beautiful town

A cozy apartment in the center of Kowary - a beautiful town hidden between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy. From Kowary, there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, Okraj pass, Skalny Stół), which are a great alternative to the (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. In Kowary, there are also many places worth visiting, such as the Underground Tourist Route Sztolnie Kowary, the Lower Silesia Monuments Miniature Park, or the Museum of Sentiments.

High Grass of Gruszków

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which had the status of a health resort before the war. The house is in close proximity to the forest on an untamed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, birdsong, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly and the world is experienced more fully and attentively, then come to Wysoka Trawa.

Kowary Family Apartment

We love the mountains, especially the Karkonosze Mountains. We also love our children, of whom we have three. The result of these loves? We bought and renovated an apartment in Kowary, which can comfortably accommodate large families or a group of friends. The apartment is decorated in white and wood. It is very bright and "fresh" because we completed the renovation in June 2024. So if you are looking for a place that will comfortably accommodate up to 7 adults - we invite you. :)

A comfortable house in the mountains, by the lake. Perfect for one or two families. Attractive location both in summer and winter :) In summer, there are 2 SUP boards available to guests. For skiers, there are several ski resorts in the area: Okraj Pass, Czarnów (ideal for children), Karpacz, Yanskie Laźne, Pec. The house is 100 m from the lake with beaches, a volleyball court, a playground and a gym. Hiking and biking trails are nearby.

Loft Point are three year-round fully equipped comfortable cottages with jacuzzi on the terraces designed for the most demanding customers. Each cottage has a jacuzzi exclusively on the terrace. Beautiful views of forests, meadows and mountains. Located on a large fenced plot, with private parking and monitoring for the safety of our Guests. Loft Point is a year-round holiday destination. Heated in winter, air-conditioned in summer.

Słoneczna Zagroda - Sunny Ridge Farm Mobile Home

In the Summer months, guests may rent the trailer home which is fully fitted with kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate WC with sink. The trailer fits 6 guests: one bedroom has a double bed, in the other are two single beds, and in the living room is a fold-able sofa for two guests. There is no heating in the mobile. Overall dimensions: 3,70m wide by 11m long.
