Located to the west of Oshima Island, Omi is a tranquil place surrounded by mountains and the sea. It is also ideal as a base for cycling and island tours. In the early morning, a peaceful stroll along the calm sea, surrounded by silence and the singing of birds, is a truly soothing experience. The entrance to the approach to Himezaka Shrine is right next to the inn, and the narrow slope lined with old houses from the early Showa period is also recommended for a walk.From the path through the tangerine orchard that leads up to the shrine, a beautiful view of the sea and the islands unfolds.
