This is a single rental villa with a dog run in Kiyokawa Village, the only village in Kanagawa. The Koayu River flows right next to it, and you can hear the pleasant sound of the river during your stay. From the large terrace connected to the living room of the fully renovated villa, the lawn and countryside spread out in front of you, creating a pleasant space. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can enjoy the best time in nature, watching the stars in an infinity chair, taking a bath in the open air after a sauna, and having a BBQ. The tent sauna has a rain cover on the chimney, so you can enjoy the sauna even if it rains a little. You can enjoy the private sauna with Satoyama Aroma Lowry as many times as you like during your stay. The terrace has an opening and closing awning, so you can enjoy a BBQ on the terrace even if it rains a little. We recommend that you stay overnight and relax in the sauna and BBQ during the day. The BBQ, sauna, pizza pot, and fire pit, which were previously paid, are now all free of charge. Firewood is also free of charge. There are many popular spots nearby that are frequently featured on TV, such as Miyagase Dam, hot springs, Ogino Bread Factory, Hattori Ranch, cafes, and tree adventures.

Shimomura no Hanare

Located just over an hour's drive from the city, the accommodation “Shidamura no Hanare” is surrounded by the tranquil scenery of a nature-rich satoyama area.We named "Shimomura no Hanare" after our family's business name. The accommodation can be separated from a compact but private space, and you can enjoy the scenery of the four seasons from the garden room.In this area, cars were not yet popular in the early Showa period, and mainly horses, cows, goats, chickens, etc. were raised and lived in horse shops.There is a renovated horse house on our property, making it a quaint space.The horse house is also a private space for guests.Children are welcome, up to one small dog is ok. In addition, although it is seasonal, you can enjoy shiitake picking, bamboo shooting, strawberry picking, yuzu harvesting, and more.

A somewhat nostalgic house by the sea

We remodeled this beachfront house ourselves. It is a 30-second walk to the beach and has a Showa-era feel. The name of the facility ”Hayamana" is a combination of Hayama (Hayama) and Mana (Soul). It's not luxurious by any means, but it has a nostalgic, soothing atmosphere. The property also has a stand-up paddle rental, and beginners can attend a school. The owner is a certified professional of the PSA (Professional SUP Association), so that you can fully enjoy the activities of the sea with peace of mind. There is also a surprisingly unknown trail entrance surrounded by the greenery of Hayama, 5 minutes away on foot. It is located on a flat land about 10 minutes walk from Katase Enoshima Station and 5 minutes walk from Katase Beach. It is about 8 minutes by car to Kamakura High School Station. Enoshima Aquarium is also a 10-minute walk away. It is a perfect accommodation for long-term stays. We have everything you need, such as a baby bed and a sterilizing case for baby bottles, so that families with children can reduce their luggage.
