It is located 8 km away from Ağvaya in a separate land on a detached land in the Avdan neighborhood, in an area where the view of nature will be panoramic from each room. There are 40m2 covered camellia, 25 m2 of covered camellia, and there is a fireplace barbecue, fire pit in the camellias. There is a french fireplace in the living room of the house. 2 double beds, 2 single beds and two people can stay very comfortably in the L armchair that opens in the living room. Very friendly for large families or groups of friends. Between the two villas; there is a privately designed barbecue area and patio right next to the large (80 Cubic sqm) pool and pool, as well as a specially made tandoori oven. There are spacious seating areas in front of each Villa and a spacious garden where children can play comfortably.
