Everything is as described in the listing. We had a great time during our stay- the pool and hot tub are a definite plus! Two kitchens were great for our large party. All the games (pool, ping pong, etc) made the evenings really fun. Micah was very responsive. We used some of the recommendations for local hikes and things to do — which was very appreciated. Overall we were really really happy with this stay!

Incredible home with everything and more a family (or two!) needs at a home base. We had more space than we needed, but the house was spotless and the pool and yard were the perfect spot to rest and recharge between our many adventures. So much information shared prior to and upon arrival about things to do and see. The pool was clean and lovely and the hot tub was also fun to have. Any minor issues we encountered were handled almost immediately and while we were away from the house. We have already recommended Kanab and this house to others as the perfect spot for a National Parks vacation. Thank you!!

Everything was "as advertised ". We had a great stay in the home and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Check in was easy, the house was in excellent condition and we couldn't have been more pleased. Rent with confidence!

Absolutely loved our stay! Tim and the Zion Stay team were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. The property itself is gorgeous—spacious and beautifully maintained. It’s located in a lovely, quiet community that’s also super convenient for getting around. Highly recommend!

Perfect family getaway for the weekend. Spacious with lots of room! Very private and the pool was a hit with the grandkids. Will stay here again for a getaway!

This house exceeded our expectations, it was beautiful with an amazing view. We came to Kanab as a family vacation to visit multiple national parks (Zion, Bryce Canyon and the Grand Canyon) and after hiking all day coming to this house to rest felt right at home. It was clean and comfortable. Laura was also a great host, she was responsive and accessible. If we ever decide to come back to Kanab we would not hesitate to stay here again.

We really enjoyed out stay with Timber and Tin. The house was so cute and sooooo clean. The host was responsive and friendly. Great location, fabulous amenities and wonderful hosts.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was what we’d hoped for - beautifully decorated, extremely well equipped, comfortable and clean. The location, both locally for amenities and for exploring further out, was ideal. Very highly recommended.

Laurie’s place was one of not the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. She has thought of everything from stocking a great kitchen to a lovely outdoor space. We wanted for nothing including having water and snacks upon arrival. She also made our anniversary and birthday celebrations special by providing prosecco and a cake. We will definitely be back.

Michael is a great host. Very responsive. I asked if he has uno. If not, I can bring my own. Then when we got there, he had a brand new uno for us. The house is huge and has everything we need. And we love to sit outside to watch the star and enjoy the quiet night. The location is also very good. 18-25 minutes drive to most of activities and restaurants. And away from the crowds. Strongly recommend Michael’s property to everyone.

Chad's house was great. It was in a good location to visit Zion and Brice Canyon. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking - dishes, pans, utensils, spices, etc.

Great stay. Simple and just right. Clean, comfortable. I appreciate the thoughtfulness in providing games to entertain. Good communication from the host and explanations. It was a nice stay that our group could recommend.

Place was great. Super clean and easy to manage. Host provided so many different supplies for us to use. Private view and land. Hot tub was definitely nice to use after long hiking days. The only hiccup was I ran out of propane in the middle of a grilling session. However, we didn’t mention it to the host, I’m sure he would have replaced it if I asked. Would definitely come back again.

Our recent stay was absolutely perfect! The hosts were **incredible** – so welcoming, responsive, and genuinely made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality truly made our vacation special. The house itself was fantastic, providing everything a family or group of friends could need for a holiday getaway. But the real showstopper was the **awesome backyard!** It was a beautifully maintained space, perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying the warm weather, views. We spent so much time out there, and it really added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for an ideal vacation spot. You won't be disappointed!

The property looks just like the pictures, inside & out! It’s gorgeous with beautiful views of red rock buttes and hiking trails on the property. The hosts are welcoming and responsive and we enjoyed talking with them. The cottage is quiet (you can see the highway, but the house is oriented away from it). The kitchen is well appointed – we cooked every night – and there are several outdoor eating options. In the bedrooms, there are suitcase racks and small drawers, but no closets or hooks. The horses are beautiful (you’re near the barn) and it’s a great base for exploring the area. We’d love to come back!

The place is very comfortable, and the location is great for access to restaurants and as a base camp for the three National Parks in the vicinity. Host is very responsive.

The location of this cabin is absolutely beautiful! It was a great base camp after a few days of camping. It rained every night at the cabin so we didn't get to try out the fire pit but the kitchen table was a great place for family cards every night! We enjoyed starting our day sitting on the pourch watching all the wild life while drinking our coffee! The cabin size was perfect for 2 couples and the beds were very comfortable and the showers were great! With that said, because the cabin is really in the middle of nowhere, due to the rain every night the dirt roads where a bit of a challenge even with an all wheel drive vehicle. The cabin also had a couple mice that would run about at night. We had to keep our food in our storage bin or in the fridge, no food could be left out. Over all, I would stay here again, the location and views are absolutely beautiful!

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, and this one is easily in my top three. The house is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed with high-quality finishes and a cozy, stylish atmosphere. Everything felt well-maintained and elevated, from the furniture to the little details. The location was perfect too: peaceful and private, yet still close enough to both Bryce Canyon and Zion for easy access. Overall, a truly memorable and relaxing stay that I’d highly recommend.

House was comfortable, clean and met our expectations. We had everything we needed to have a carefree week of exploring the beautiful parks nearby. Location for Bryce and Zion was perfect.

We, along with our 2 young adult boys made the Golden Retreat our home base for visits to Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon, Zion, Coral Pink Sand Dunes & more. It was immaculate, spacious, quiet, & had everything we needed. The outdoor fire pit under the pergola was relaxing at the end of long days. We especially appreciated the S’mores kit - it was a very nice touch. It was lovely to roast marshmallows & eating the s’mores. Mason was extremely responsive - when we told him we didn’t see dish soap or sponges he delivered both to the front steps in 10 mins Comfy beds, plenty of pillows, super comfortable couches with automatic reclining features, and a nice ambiance from the electric fireplace. Kanab is a cute town with a grocery store within walking distance and great restaurants including the Rocking V, Wild Thyme, Havana Cabana, and great coffee at Taro Coffee. If we are ever in the area again we’ll definitely stay here again. A top notch experience & highly recommend.

We had a great stay! Very convenient to Zion NP and all kinds of other natural areas. Monte was a great host. Loved sitting on the deck at the golden hour watching the sunlight on the cliff face.

Michael and Wendy have a Dream Home! They are wonderful hosts of this amazing home just east outside of Zion National Park and 60 minutes south of Bryce Canyon National Park. There are not enough stars available in this review to describe how this home exceeded our expectations, unless we were to grab some stars from the incredible night sky outside their huge back deck! If you are looking for an upscale customized house just outside of Zion and Bryce, and are looking for quiet and privacy with incredible views, this place is for you!
