Great hiking opportunities all year round, you can walk straight from the cabin. Swimming opportunities in the river a short walk away. An eldorado for top hiking enthusiasts with nearby peaks over 1000 meters above sea level, such as Trolltind and Åbittinden, but also great for hiking in the terrain, summer and winter. Sunndalsfjella, Trollheimen, Innerdalen, Vinnutrappa, Prestaksla, Aursjøvegen and Eikesdalen are just a short drive away.

Welcome to a newly renovated apartment in a charming barn from the 1890s in the heart of Skålvikfjorden. A perfect starting point for forest and mountain trips. Kayak, canoe and SUP can be rented only 100 m away. A small dinghy can also be rented for quiet trips on the fjord. Two bikes are ready to borrow, and a floating sauna fleet is also close by! We have a small boat w/10 HP engine in the nearby Marina Saltrøa, around 5 minutes walk from the cabin, which can be used for free if the weather conditions are good enough. Just pay for the gasolin. Fishing gear at your disposal at the cabin.
