Amazing place with lovely staff. I felt at home all long my stay, great welcome, wonderful hospitality from Solida, my host's sister. The host, Sathya, is a fantastic & friendly person. He is a talented architect who completed the project Daya Villa from the beginning to the end, with Solida, a talented architect too. Everything was done with love & passion. The location, the spaces & harmonies with the nature, details & furniture. The villa is fantastic, bright, spacious & tastefully decorated with lot of character. The view from the balcony on the first floor is amazing, with the river below & green hills just in front. The bed is very comfortable, nights are so peaceful. Real pleasure to have breakfast on a wooden deck by the river & the chill moments on the deckchair or on hammocks. Nice swimming pool, free kayak. Magic sunsets by the river as in a dream.I highly recommend Daya Villa to everyone who looks for a place close to paradise! Thank you again for the time we spent together

Wonderful place to live. The Host Tri-Lam guided us like a close friend. In one situation he saved us from a scam. What else one needs to expect. The house is as beautiful as they show you in the photos. Very comfortable and cozy. The surroundings are very near & clean.

Отличное тихое место. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, открытый и гостепримный человек. Решит любой ваш вопрос, любую проблему. Местоположение я считаю, что лучшее. Самый чистый пляж из всех, что мы объездили. В доме есть все необходимое, в общем пользовании стиральная и сушильная машинки. Аренда байка по цене ниже, чем предлагают остальные. Всё понравилось, спасибо большое владельцу!

Hien è stata una delle migliori host che abbia mai incontrato. Fin dal primo momento mi ha accolto come un amico, condividendo con me i segreti del posto, consigliandomi sui prodotti locali e indicandomi dove acquistarli al miglior prezzo. Inoltre, mi ha accompagnato in diverse escursioni straordinarie tra cascate, isole e sessioni di snorkeling. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare da lei per vivere un'autentica esperienza in una casa locale! Grazie mille Hien, ci vediamo quando torno a Phu Quoc!!

Great place

Stayed for a month+ in July 2018 and onwards. The house and garden is amazing. Old World charm. From the large balcony (there are two) you have sea view to the one side, and jungle view to the other. The garden is large and green with palm, papaya, mango and avocado trees and a pond for fish. A short walk to the ocean, and a short drive to Kep beach & city and to the national park. Kampot is half an hour away in tuk-tuk.

location is center of Phu quoc so easy for airport transfer easy for vinworld safari easy for 4 island tour and we got sixteen seater for pickup up and drop off to airport is good deal we had a 3 night deal and was best throughout Vietnam trip

Enjoyed our stay. if on foot, it is a bit of an adventure crossing the bridge to the downtown area, but doable.

Die Unterkunft ist der Hammer, super für alle die etwas Ruhe suchen und einfach genießen wollen! Die Ostküste ist sehr ruhig, es gibt aber ein paar kleine Restaurants und Läden die zu fuss oder besser mit dem Roller zu erreichen sind. Nana war für uns immer da und hat Touren organisiert und Kontakte vermittelt. Auch ihre Empfehlungen bezüglich nachtleben restaurants etc waren echt super! Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt und den Roller hat Nana uns bei Anreise direkt bereitgestellt gegen sehr geringe Gebühr (ca 6€/Tag). Alles in allem können wir nur empfehlen sie zu besuchen. Wer viel nachtleben will kann abends mit dem Taxi für ca 10€ jeweils hin und zurück kommen. Vielen Dank für alles :)

This place is really great, but especially Huong is just amazing. She picked me up at the airport and she drove me to the ferry after my stay, so nice of her!! The place is cute, and really immersed in nature, so make sure you are comfortable with that. The Internet is good and reliable. The neighbourhood is really local, but everybody is so friendly. The house is a little bit hidden, so make sure to mark it properly in your map before you going exploring haha Overall, I had a great stay there!!

The host An was very sweet and very accommodating. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable about the surrounding area; which was super helpful. We enjoyed every minutes of our stay. We highly recommend Dream House again for their excellent customer service.

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus- es ist sehr ruhig und man hat eine tolle Aussicht Man sollte sich allerdings bewusst sein, dass man für Einkäufe oder Restaurants immer ziemlich lange fahren muss Das kann erwünscht sein, hat für uns aber dazu geführt, dass wir die Tage immer sehr gut planen mussten und ein „mal eben“ was zu Essen holen nicht drin ist Dafür hat man totale Ruhe und Privatheit Nana war toll und hat immer super schnell geantwortet

Это уникальная вилла, она вся из дерева. И мебель из дерева. Это очень красиво и аутентично. Кухня была оборудована прекрасно, огромные телевизор в общей комнате подключен к интернету, спальни на втором этаже просто огромные. Умные унитазы, современная раковина-мойка доя посулы и стиральная машина особенно порадовали. У виллы большая территория с огромным бассейном и зоной барбекю. Но мы так и не смогли зажечь угли, видимо - отсырели. Бассейн немного прохладный, так как там солнце попадает только в обеленное время. До пляжей пешком 40-50 минут, лучше на такси. Хозяева предоставили бесплатный скутер 🙏 До ночного рынка 10 минут пешком
