Lovely one bedroom studio

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The location of the apartment would allow you to reach every destination you need easily, whether by bus or by car, even by walk. Only 10 minutes walk to the Botanic garden. Even though the studio isn’t big enough (25sq.m.) the arrangements were adjusted following separate zones of the dining area and sleeping space. I stayed at Gulnar’s apartment for a little over 4 months as an exchange student, and had the best experience. The apartment has a great location, with it being close to things such as Khan Shatyr, Bayterek, and also Kazguu university. The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood with lots of markets and necessities nearby, and I was able to walk most places. Gulnar is an exceptional host, who always made sure I had everything I needed and was quick to respond when I asked for help. Moreover, she was very helpful in giving me a good experience and making sure I was happy in Astana. She is incredibly friendly and mindful, and always came by if I needed anything, and helped me navigate the city, and she cares a lot about her visitors. I would recommend Gulnar to everyone who is looking to have a good experience in Astana, and if I were to return, I would absolutely book with Gulnar again!

I lived in this apartment - I was absolutely delighted! The apartment is absolutely new, everything is very clean, neat, you can see that it is done with love. The interior is just super - modern, stylish, but at the same time very cozy. It's nice to be here, you feel at home from the first minutes. Everything you need is there, nothing extra. I definitely recommend it!

In short, this is a great place to stay. After looking at the photos and then seeing the place in person, I was pleasantly surprised (It looks better in real life than in the photos, to be honest). Considering that the prices are lower than others, I was really happy to spend my vacation here.
