Smuk, velholdt og meget ren, rummelig lejlighed med stor solrig balkon. Jeg nød mit ophold og lejligheden meget. Men den lå et stykke fra centrum, så hvis man gerne vil omkring er det godt at have en bil. Meget hjælpsom og responderende vært!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment in beautiful Cyprus—it felt like home from the moment I arrived. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need, from hot water and working appliances to a fancy kitchen, cozy beds, and a spacious balcony. What made it even more special was Elias, our amazing host—attentive, kind, and always available, even recommending a fantastic local cleaning service that was well worth it. A modem, cozy, and seamless experience I’d happily repeat—highly recommended!

Hakan is the best host, the apartment is very modern and 15 minutes walk to the Merit. Will come back!

Seyahatimizde Ferhat Bey’in evini tercih ettik ve son derece memnun kaldık; tüm sorularımıza oldukça hızlı cevaplar aldık, hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Ev muhit olarak çok güzel, nezih ve ferah bir yerdeydi. Hiç ses yok tam kafa dinlemelik bir yerdi. Tabiki mutlaka araba kiralamak gerekiyor şehir merkezlerine ulaşım için. Zaten Ferhat Bey’de rzv öncesinde yine tüm sorularımıza cevap verip bizi oldukça iyi bir şekilde yönlendirmişti, bu sebeple herşey beklediğimiz gibiydi. Ev malzeme olarakta tam teşekküllü idi, ihtiyacımız olan herşeye kolaylıkla eriştik. Bunun dışında sadece ev biraz tozluydu açıkçası, bir de yemek yapmak için yağ yoktu. Bunun dışında bulaşık makinesi için tablet gibi şeyler yoktu. Bunlar ufak tefek detaylar sadece belirtmek istedim. Bunun dışında herşey çok güzeldi, Ferhat Beye çok teşekkür ederiz. Oldukça güzel bir konaklama geçirdik sayesinde.

I usually do not leave a review however in regards to the studio I would like to greatly thank the host for making it a perfect place . It was extremely clean and it felt like home. The studio had all the necessary utensils and was very spacious! And most importantly, it was outstandingly comfortable the sheets were very comfortable! The host is very kind and quick in responding to any needs. Additionally, the host was clear in as to how to enter the studio and had all the information needed for the stay framed on the desk! Finally, the host was kind to have 3 drinks in the fridge that are complementary! Extremely happy with the stay! It is much recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It’s a great location only a short drive from Aiya Napa. We did see public transport but would recommend getting a hire car. The villa was exactly as described, the pool definitely being the highlight which was perfect for us and our two young children. When we needed to contact the host they were very quick in responding and also allowed us a late check out on the last day which was greatly appreciated. Overall would highly recommend this villa, it felt safe for our family, very clean and great location.

Absolutely charming, comfortable house filled with beautiful collections, every where you look something interesting to look at. Paolo is a lovely host, very responsive and helpful. The bed and couches all super comfy. Stayed here a month and hope to be back!

We had such an amazing time staying at this villa in Agia Varvara while we celebrated our wedding in Cyprus. Eva was so helpful and very responsive to all of our questions. The villa itself was absolutely gorgeous and the surrounding neighborhood had everything we could have needed at a walkable distance (coffee shop, grocery store, restaurant, and pharmacy). We loved this villa and would 100% stay here again!

Elena was very helpful in a difficult time we were visiting my husband each day in hospital. The house was very comfortable and the beds the same..It was very spacious with a nice feel about it lots of different areas to sit.We had a small problem which was resolved immediately. There was lots of lovely bits left in cupboard from previous guests and a bottle of water in the fridge for us.Take lots of mossie repellent we got badly bitten in the garden lots of bushes and plants and surrounding trees etc.The area was nice to walk with lots of places for coffee a great little park 10 mins walk the museum close by. There is a school behind property which they constantly ringing the bell ! but it didn't really bother us.Lots of places to park and a nice area .Thank you for hosting us in difficult circumstances.

Villa spacieuse avec superbe piscine. Selcuk est très accueillant et soucieux que nous soyons bien dans le logement, il est passé à plusieurs reprises nous offrir des fruits de son jardin. Je recommande vivement cette location située dans la Chypre du Nord.

Such a beautiful home, the villa had everything we could have needed. Absolutely stunning, even nicer than the photos in person. Waking up here every morning was brilliant. Peaceful setting the villa is very looked after, has a lot of character and thoughtful decor. Could recommend it more. Its situated walking distance to the beach, to the supermarket and a restaurant. We enjoyed at day at the waterpark which was brilliant. I would recommend a hire car when staying here just to allow you to visit some of the beaches and restaurants further along the coast.

Η κα. Τασούλα ήταν μια εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα, η οποία ήταν πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Το σπίτι ήταν μεγάλο, καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο. Είναι σίγουρα από τα καταλύματα που θα επέλεγα ξανά.

Our apartment was exactly what we wanted for our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, it also had 2 delightful balconies to sit and chill. The location was perfect for our needs, visiting relatives and touring. Magusa is a great place to explore history and enjoy authentic food. Alkan was quick to respond to our communications. His parents, which we had the pleasure of meeting (Feride/Enver) were also at hand if we needed anything. In all, very nice place and very nice people.

Our family (mom, dad, almost 4-year old) stayed for about 10 days at this location and were grateful for the opportunity. The accommodations were exactly what we expected as per the descriptions given us and after a little while our little one kept referring to it as our “temporary home”. The owner’s were attentive, but not intrusive, and were very helpful when it came to understanding the local culture by offering advice on places we could go. The local experience was welcoming, safe, historical, and active. We walked everywhere, as we were close to the some amazing historical sites but could find taxis readily available if needed to take us to places further away and they weren’t terribly expensive. We did not go out to eat often but found local markets with fresh produce, groceries, fish, and meats , and spent many nights cooking for ourselves in our temporary home. That said, there were plenty of restaurants and we made sure to try the cuisines famous in the area.

Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.

Çok temiz ve kullanışlı idi yataklar yeni pırıl pırıl tertemizdi mutfakta ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı ev sahibi çok canayakın bir insandı bölgeyle ilgili tüm bilgileri bize iletti tavsiyeleri çok önemliydi her şey için çok teşekkür ediyoruz kendisine Kıbrıs’a gittiğimizde kendisinden başka konaklayacağımız bir yer olmayacaktır

Çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Ev tek kelimeyle muhteşemdi. İlk olarak tertemiz ve düzenliydi. Evdeki her şey yepyeniydi. Manzara harikadıydı ve balkonda çok keyifli vakit geçirdik. Konum olarak hem denize hem de sur içine çok yakındı. Hemen yakınında marketin olması da büyük avantajdı. Dündar Bey sorularımıza anında dönüş yaptı. Çok kibar ve anlayışlıydı. Ayrıca oldukça güzel tavsiyelerde bulundu. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz.
