We had an amazing stay at this villa! The place is super spacious, perfect for a group of friends or family and has such a charming, slightly vintage vibe that made it feel really unique and cozy! One of the absolute highlights was the pool - especially at night. The lighting was stunning and created such a dreamy atmosphere. It honestly felt like a hidden gem, and that pool was the cherry on top. The host is very nice and helpful! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a beautiful and relaxed place to stay!

Our one week stay at Dani’s place was most enjoyable and relaxing. The home is set in beautiful, lush surroundings & garden, with lovely views of Mt. Agung from the rear patio. The home is very well set-up and equipped- loved the coffee machine - and well maintained. The pool was most welcome and very well used. Dani’s cooking was a highlight, with different delicious dishes each night and a beautiful breakfast each morning. Highly recommended 😀

Great Villa for six people with your own staff for cooking and security. You only pay for groceries. Very low prices for that. 6 people breakfast, lunch and dinner for just 500k!! Clean pool, clean rooms, no noise, fast service, flexible. Really a good stay on the east side of the island!!

Lovely villa right by the ocean. Smell your morning coffee while taking in the cool sea breeze and the morning sun. Clean and lively villa, with lovely staff to take care of every detail and your needs. Lots of good food places around the villa. Dian and the rest of the staff at the villa were very cordial and always happy to help. They kept the villa clean throughout our stay. Cleaned the rooms in the morning and at night. Food cooked by the chef was delicious. We stayed here as we wanted to scuba dive at Amed which was very convenient from this villa. The approach road to the villa at night gets dark and you need to carry a torch to walk from the road to the villa. We had a memorable vacation with our family, especially kids. We loved the place, location and the convenience of being able to experience everything. Thanks to Shobha for the clear communication and great hosting.

Staying here was like a dream!

Cocoa Maya is the most beautiful villa. I cannot begin to say how wonderful our stay was. The team looking after us were so incredibly kind and the food was amazing. We had dinner every night! The villa is so loved and cared for. We had the most amazing time with our children and grandchildren. Thank you all for the happiest holiday.

We’re a family of five from Australia (kids aged 12, 14, and 17), and this was the perfect Bali holiday. The stunning villa is right on the beach in a peaceful, private location, with a beautiful pool, bedrooms looking out to the water and the beautiful islands, open-air bathrooms, and even snorkelling right out the front. It truly felt like staying at a 5-star resort. The staff, especially Made and Nyoman, were incredible, so warm, attentive, and thoughtful. They took care of our every need with such ease and kindness. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts each morning, daily massages, and appreciated the villa being cleaned and laundry done each day. The chef’s meals were delicious, and the seafood BBQ on the beach for my wife’s birthday, with so many thoughtful, personal touches, was unforgettable. Everything about our stay was relaxing and effortless. We felt completely cared for and are already dreaming of coming back. Highly, highly recommend.

My family of 6 had a great time here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The meals we ate in house were great, maybe a little costly, but convenient. Overall had a great time and enjoyed listening to the sound of the crashing waves at night.

Had such a great stay

We had such a great time staying at this villa with our family of ten. The place was beautiful, super spacious, and perfect for a big group like ours. Our kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed exploring Candi Dasa. Sophie was a great host—really easy to communicate with and super helpful the whole way through. The staff at the villa — Ati, Anik, Yani, Kadek, and Eka were absolutely amazing. They were so kind and made us feel completely taken care of. The numerous drivers provided by Sophie and the team were also greatly appreciated. They got us to and from the villa safely and allowed us to explore the local temples and palaces with ease. We especially enjoyed going out on Billy's boat for snorkelling and visiting nearby beaches. Everything went really smoothly, and we recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

You are very fortunate to have your present staff in your employ. They were professional, polite and accommodating. Above all they were very personable, elevating our stay from an ordinary experience to a very memorable one. They made our stay a vacation to remember. Cito is super responsive, friendly, and made sure I had all the info I needed for a smooth check-in and stay. The older colonial home had lots of space and privacy. It was perfect for our family of 4. The local staff were the best selling part and were who we dealt with on a daily basis. They were helpful in sourcing some items that we required and even produced them at local prices. They supported with orientation of the area, sending out laundry, purchasing fresh fruits, and making breakfast daily. They made up rooms in the morning and then were out in no time, leaving us with privacy. Wonderful staff.

The villa is as described large and also very clean . We enjoyed the garden and also the very large pool You have to plan to be motorized because we are a bit off-center We took advantage of the impeccable service of the people who work there We ordered the breakfasts and also a dinner with a fresh fish cooked locally and it was extraordinary!!!

What a unique and stunning peaceful romantic getaway. This part of Bali is truly worth a visit and this accommodation is very authentic and like nothing else I’ve seen. The staff were so attentive and kind too. The couples massage was incredible- definitely worth it. Breakfast was lovely very yummy. The only downside was the rest of the food wasn’t amazing (lunch and dinner). If I stayed here again I would research more restaurants locally and only eat breakfast at the venue. But truly a magical place. 🙏

I wish i was articulate enough to describe this property, this was a surprise for my partners 40th Birthday. When we got there she was totally overwhelmed in what she saw to a point she had tears in her eyes. This accommodation did not disappoint in any area it was amazing. Exactly like the pictures advertised, it was breathtaking. Beautifully furnished attention to detail, stylish and elegant. it was so calming to wake with just the crashing of the waves in the sea to hear and the sounds of nature around you. Along with the most incredible and helpful staff to assist you during the stay made this so perfect. We would just spend hours at night listening to the sea and looking at the stars at night and in the morning greeted by an incredible view and having breakfast cooked for you by the staff. the villa was kept spotless as it was cleaned every morning a fantastic accomadation a fantastic loaction a fantastic set of staff and a fantastic host who simply could not do enough for you.

Bali is the island of the gods, and they also surely have booked the Black Sands Villas! I was lucky enough to be able to stay here for a month, and it was wonderful. I know I'm a very demanding and difficult guest, but Indah, with her warm and professional manner, mastered the challenge perfectly. I can only recommend everyone to book this villa! We stayed one night at Villa Atta It was a pleasure. It's an ideal place to relax and be quiet. Free transportation is available to go to the restaurant. Completely as described. I would recommned this property.

On arrival we were greeted by Komang who showed us eveything that we needed to know. The villa is extremely well appointed with everything that you could possibly need or want for a relaxing enjoyable stay. The villa has such a welcoming homely feel with beautiful balinese decor.
