Memorable Stay at Cinnamon Villa, Wayanad – Made Special by Incredible Hosts Our 3-day stay at Cinnamon Villa in Wayanad was truly unforgettable—mainly because of the incredible hospitality of the hosts. Due to heavy rains, there was no electricity throughout our stay, which could have dampened the experience. But the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home. On the first night, they invited all 8 of us into their own home and treated us with genuine warmth. Their mother cooked delicious homemade dinner and breakfast that we all thoroughly enjoyed. When the cook we had arranged didn’t turn up, the owners themselves stepped in and prepared some amazing local cuisine for us for the rest of the stay. While it would have been helpful to have an on-site caretaker or housekeeper, the hosts’ personal involvement more than made up for it. They stayed close by, took us for a lovely drive through their plantation, let us pluck fruits from their trees, and even gifted

Staying in Wayanad was one of the best decisions we made, and we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience! Aswathi and her mother were incredibly kind, warm, and responsive throughout our stay. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely outstanding—home-cooked meals that were so delicious, we found ourselves preferring it over any restaurant! Aunty’s cooking was beyond words, and we were spoiled with an array of freshly prepared breakfast, fruits, lunch, snacks, and dinner, every day. The homestay itself was a gem. Surrounded by lush greenery, tranquil atmosphere, the location was perfect. It was the ideal retreat, offering both peace and beauty. The place was impeccably clean, and the setting made it even more special. Aswathi and her mom were attentive and quick to address any minor issues we had and arranged transport options to explore Wayanad. This is a piece of heaven, not an airbnb. I loved every single day of my stay here. Laiju and Namitha have been wonderful hosts to me and Elizabeth, the fabulous person who looked after the farm, cooked delicious food for me. I was able to fully rest as well as exploring the beautiful surroundings by walking. The warmth of people in the villages and neighbourhood is unexplainable with words. I cannot recommend this enough. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!

Talking Trees is a true escape from the chaos of city life—a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The setting is stunning: bamboo groves, paddy fields, and a serene riverside. Prema’s hospitality is warm and genuine, and the home-cooked food is outstanding. Our dog was as happy as we were - free to explore and relax. The space is beautifully designed and thoughtfully maintained, perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with nature. If you're looking to breathe, rest, and just be, this is the place.

We stayed here for almost 3 days. It was so peaceful and calm place. Love the stay. It’s exactly as shown in the pictures. Very neat and tidy. Nice escape from the city life. About host, very helpful and friendly. Felt like home. About privacy , it was completely private and no disturbances. About food, it had all our hearts. They cook at there place but have to inform big early. Tastes very good. And made us feel like going back. So we’ll recommended place. Very safe and calm. For huge car it’s bit tidy road to reach, but manageable. Parking is good. Even near by places are there to visit. Even near by good restaurants are there to go. Host suggested everything. And even treated nicely with all home grown fruits. Wish to visit again in future . Had a great time.

It was a nice, clean and peaceful stay amidst coffee plantation. We enjoyed the stay and the homemade breakfast was delicious. Mr. And Mrs. Sunil were very warm. Would love to visit again!
