Summer rental on the ground floor of a family house

In these ground floor rooms, it is possible to use the sauna (extra charge for electricity), outdoor seating with barbecue, the possibility of playing - ping-pong table, right next to the seating, sunbathing, by agreement on hot days, use of the pool. The accommodation is located about 500m from the Aquapark with water slides. There are bike trails in the area, accommodation 50m below the forest (with forest trails). Lidl, Tesco about 700m. Nearby is a castle with a beautiful adjacent park that ends with the famous Eugenia Spa.

A small studio apartment of 20m2 is located in the Art Nouveau villa Frank from 1882, about 100 m from the main spa colonnade. The studio apartment underwent (October - December 2019) a reconstruction of the bathroom and wooden floor. It is cozily furnished for sleeping and for a longer stay. Only a classic TV is currently missing. I can lend you a laptop with O2TV logged in. Please note that the sleeping area is upstairs (maisonette). Parking on private property is possible for a fee of 200 CZK/night/car. Reservation required.

V Krušných horách nedaleko Karlových Varů a Božího Daru v malé vesnici jsem si vytvořili naše útočiště. S citem rekonstruované podkroví s výhledem do přírody a koupacím sudem na terase (za příplatek) a domácím kinem. Rádi Ti naše místo propůjčíme. K dispozici Ti bude celý prostor včetně terasy. Pomůžeme naplánovat výlet a objevit krásy Krušnohoří. Staráme se o naše místo s láskou a pečlivostí. Chceme, aby ses tu i Ty cítil jako doma. Hory, příroda i lázeňské město od každého je tu trochu!
