Hop with Viking ships from King Ferking, Ferkingstad fishing port, Fishermens Memorial and Stavasanden is a short trip away. The coastal trail from Ferkingstad to Åkrehamn with some of Norway's most beautiful sandy beaches is recommended. Feel free to try your luck at fishing from land, when the weather permits.

The house is a farmhouse from 1907, it was completely renovated in 2019. The house is located in an open landscape surrounded by farms that run sheep, cows and horses. These surroundings create beautiful views from all around. On our farm we cultivate fruits and berries, and produce apple cider and aronia juice for sale. In addition, we have a small home bakery where we bake potato cakes. The house is located undisturbed in relation to both neighbors and the host family's home.

Auntie Laurentze's house

Unique, small house from 1899 with room for five people. Modern, warm and comfortable, so we keep the comfort, but old enough to keep the charm. There is only one house between Laurentze's house and the cinema. If you want to have breakfast in the green, you can make yourself a coffee in the kitchen, and walk two minutes away in the City Park and enjoy it on a green bench there.
