This is an old private house built more than 100 years ago, like a Kyoto townhouse, located on the Otaki-jo Castle Town Street, called Boso's Little Edo. Otaki Castle (one of the Tokugawa Ieyasu Shitenno Honda) and nationally designated important cultural properties are preserved, and the old castle town, which is rare in Chiba, spreads nostalgia. The bamboo shoots of Otaki are famous for their low bitterness and delicious taste, and are best eaten from late March to late April. If you take another step, you will find a location with sea, mountains, rivers, valleys, and black water hot springs.(Within 10-30 minutes by car) You can use it as a base to enjoy the nature of Boso.Lake Takataki is famous worldwide for its Wakasagi fishing, the magnetic reversal that occurred hundreds of thousands of years ago, and the Chibanian.(The visitor center is scheduled to open in 3 years) The facility is located in a place overlooking the Isuzu River, and the ground is bedrock. If you come by car, it will be 20 minutes from Ichihara Tsurumai IC on the Ken-O Expressway. It takes 80 minutes by express bus from Tokyo Station to Otaki. It is less than 1 hour by car from Haneda Airport and 1 hour and 10 minutes by car from Narita Airport. We named it Balifornia because it was designed with Bali and California beach resorts in mind. There are no adjacent houses, so you can enjoy the outdoors with peace of mind! It is on the street, so there is some traffic during the day, but there are almost no cars at night, so it is a quiet private space. In addition to the living room, there are two twin rooms and one full room (two sofa beds). It can accommodate up to 8 guests. (One bed per person) We also refuse entry to more than 8 people. (Excluding infants, so please contact us about children!) If you break the rules, you will be asked to leave at the time of discovery and will not be refunded. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Pets are not allowed. As a general rule, we do not provide condiments for hygiene reasons, so please bring your own. We have been plagued by vandalism and loss of equipment by young people. Although only a small percentage of young people are responsible for this, we will only accept reservations from people 25 years old and older to avoid risk.

Our house was renovated recently. 13 - 15 mins to Oarai station by walk. We also have several bicycles for visitors. You can use them for free.
