The cottage is located on a fenced plot (2,600 m²) with a fruit orchard, surrounded by forest, featuring an illuminated recreational field, a playground, and a fire pit, near the Trzebiochy River and Lake Żołnowo. Guests have access to a parking lot on the property, Wi-Fi, bicycles, a water marina, a boat, a kayak. I have been visiting this area for 25 years, I love it for its silence, clean air and beautiful landscapes.

On the 15-acre property, there are 3 cottages, a playground, a trampoline, and a parking lot, additionally surrounded by a 1-meter-high fence. Pets are allowed.
