Holiday rentals with a pool in Kata Beach, Karon

Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere die Dame, die die Übergabe gemacht hat. Kameras zur eigenen Sicherheit vorhanden. Leider aber auch im Poolbereich. Aber auf Anfrage und Wunsch wurden die Kameras von dem Poolbereich weggedreht, wodurch die Privatsphäre geschützt wurde. Das Nachbarhaus hat eine Kamera, die etwas in den Sitzbereich am Pool aufnehmen kann. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden. Gastgeber konnte uns auch eine gute Vermietung für ein Auto empfehlen. Die Lage ist allerdings etwas „außerhalb“. Man bräuchte ein Auto oder ein Scooter. Grab/Taxi ist natürlich auch eine Option. Vielen Dank für alles.

This villa was the perfect place for my sisters and I to unwind after spending time in the city. The views were impeccable, especially the elephants from the balcony! Rattiya was soooo sweet and left us some groceries to start us off right and we appreciated it SO much! We would definitely come back and stay here next time we’re in Phuket. Also, the beds were veryyy comfy!!

My friends and I had such a great stay in Rawai. The place was beautiful, very clean and cozy, and exactly as described. The location was quiet but still close to everything we needed. The host was kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the 8 Villa Residence. The Villa was better in person than the photos, if that’s even possible! Our hosts Ben & Julian were amazing. The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to check in a bit earlier than the usual time. perfect getaway place for family and friends, the villa was awesome with speaker systems and a large outdoor pool. the king beds are also very comfortable. worth revisiting

Benoît est hyper serviable et flexible, il peut arranger pour vous la location de scooter, les transferts à l’aéroport et il a un book d’arrivé très pratique avec toutes les informations dont vous aurez besoin pour bien exploiter phuket. Le logement est propre et très moderne avec une belle piscine.

Our stay at this appartment was absolutely incredible! It was wonderfully large, spacious, and clean – a true sanctuary. The location is simply amazing, a peaceful pastoral setting right in front of a lake, and few minutes away from a beautiful beach. It was the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We loved being able to take a short drive to explore all the tourist attractions and then return to the peaceful calm of our apartment. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating getaway!

Honestly everything looks just like the photos, and the host have helped me from A-z everything with my experience in patong. will always come back to this space when im ever in town. This is the kind of Host one craves on airbnb. Mary, from the get go provides all the options you want, the absolute perfect description to the most minute detail and the flexibility options should plans change. From communication to the welcome received, I highly rate this apartment for its cleanliness and location. Yes it is up a steep hill, so not ideal for everyone, but a hired scooter or car helps out with that. All the amenities one needs are available, so it's pretty ideal for a homebody who just wants to hang out at home all day. I thank Mary and her team for the great welcome.

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

I’m very glad that during my trip to Phuket I decided to book the apartment rented out by Anirut. The place is very clean and cozy, with a well-functioning water heater and air conditioner, and a pretty nice view from the balcony. I was especially touched by the host’s attention to detail — absolutely everything one might need was provided (from basic items like towels to beach gear). I was particularly happy to find cooking oil and a generous selection of spices in the kitchen. On top of all that, there was a capsule coffee machine with capsules included. Anirut himself explained everything in detail about the accommodation and met us both at check-in and check-out. We will definitely come back here the next time we visit the island! 😇

Zeng was a very good host. All of the information he provided was accurate. We did have some trouble with the A/C (didn’t know how to turn it off) but he was able to get the security guard to help us. The place is really close to some great restaurants and the beach, but it is at least 30 minutes from the touristy areas. I still preferred this location since it was less crowded but keep that in mind when booking excursions! All in all we had a great time and hope to be back in Phuket some day :)

We booked this villa for our family of 12. We absolutely loved the villa! Immaculate place and very friendly and responsive staff. They made us feel very welcomed and were accomodating to our requests at a timely manner. The breakfast was delicious and they gave great recommendations on activities. The beds were so comfortable as well as the couches. The pool was nice and clean. There were many outdoor lounges/seating areas. From the beginning of our booking to our check-out we were well looked after. Highly Recommended! We wished we could’ve stayed longer.

Exceptional service. The staff were extremely responsive and helpful at all hours and very kind and friendly. The place was spotless upon arrival and cleaned daily with fresh towels for every room. Felt right at home and very safe, within a gated and guarded complex. Very good layout, comfortable beds, cosy but also lots of space, very well maintained overall. Loved our stay and we were very impressed with everything. Highly recommend. Will be returning for sure.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est superbe, et est à proximité de tout. Nous n’avions pas de voiture et tout est faisable a pied (ou taxi, tuktuk). Facile a trouver et facile d’accès. La plage est à 10min environ, et les restaurants, street food, supermarché, massages sont juste à côté! Cindy a été adorable et très réactive. Elle nous a apportés de bons conseils pour faire des excursions, plages ou même pour trouver un dentiste! La piscine est top, et la maison était spacieuse pour 4personnes. Impeccablement propre! We recently stayed at Jurgita’s place in Phuket, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The home was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our whole family. Although it’s a little bit away from the main Patong Beach area, we actually appreciated the peacefulness and quiet of the neighborhood. It felt like a serene escape while still being close enough to explore everything Phuket has to offer. Jurgita and her team were incredibly hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit.
