Villa holiday rentals in Kathisma Beach

This place is nothing but breathtaking! Unbelievable location, private, with beautiful landscapes……it is just perfect. The private pool and sea spot makes this location unique. No need to chase crowded beaches and pools…..anything you need is there. It is super clean, decoration is perfect and very well equipped! Even the barbecue is unique and a big plus! Erato is an outstanding host. Who need something, you write, she answer, period. She is always available, super nice and provides very nice recommendations. So in a nutshell, if ever you are hesitating between different airbnb, this place is a must if you want peaceful and relaxing vacations. A must to see with very nice villages around. I will definitely come back!!!!!

We wanted to see how Lefkada looked in winter, so we rented Kostantinos’s villa. We loved it because it allows pets, has central heating, is spacious, and has a beautiful garden. We loved our stay there also because it was very quiet and relaxing.

Very nice place to stay. The pictures are exactly like the place looks in real. Kostas was good in communication and picked us up to take us to the house. There is a beautiful view from the terrace down to the city. You need a car to get to the restaurants, but then they are easy to reach.

Villa de rêve avec une vue extraordinaire sur la mer et la nature avec tous les soirs le spectacle du couché de soleil. La conception de la maison est parfaite et de taille idéale pour 4 personnes. Elle est moderne et très bien équipée. BBQ à gaz à disposition. Bref une villa idéale en ce qui me concerne. De plus Spiros a été extrêmement disponible et nous a aidé afin de découvrir l'île dans de bonne condition. Spiros est très amical. Nous y reviendrons avec très grand plaisir

Das Haus von Stathis ist fantastisch. Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, toll war auch die Zwischenreinigung. Das Haus ist stilvoll renoviert, man fühlt sich wie im Neubau. Eine wunderbarer Ausblick auf das Meer und die Hügel der Umgebung. Das kleine Bergdorf hat eine traditionelle Taverne und ein Café, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Really nice place. Peacefull and intimate, with a spectacular view . We enjoyed it so much , and surelly will be an option when we'll be back on this beautifull island. Highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. It offers beautiful views, a lovely swimming pool, and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing break. The villa was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Erez was highly professional, welcoming, and very responsive. We also really appreciated the mid-stay cleaning service, which was a thoughtful touch that made our experience even better. Just a heads-up: the road to the villa is quite rough and takes about 20 minutes from the bay, even though the distance isn’t far. It’s a bit of a challenge each time, but once you arrive, it’s well worth it. Highly recommended for a quiet and well-organized stay in Sivota!

Villa Drimonas Artemis by Villa Plus a fost o alegere reusita. Pacat ca timpul a fost asa de scurt! Ne-am simtit ca acasa iar pozitionarea pe insula a fost perfecta pentru vizitarea plajelor de pe coasta de Vest, care are cele mai reusite plaje cu privelisti si ape ca in vis. Bill a fost gazda perfecta atent la detalii iar Antoni a fost mereu pe faza daca am avut nevoie de ceva. Piscina a fost alternativa perfecta pentru timpul cand am ales sa nu mergem la mare in timpul amiezii. Multumim pentru tot, Bill! Recomandam tuturor prietenilor. Accesul cu masina la vila nu a fost deloc atat de dificil precum se plangea cineva in comentarii. Un sofer care nu si-a luat permisul de conducere doar de un an, trebuie sa stie ca daca foloseste treapta intai, (chiar daca are cutie automata, exista posibilitatea sa o treaca pe manual) orice masina urca orice panta. Felicitari pentru investitie, Bill! Multumim Uniunii Europene pentru suport! Pana la urma suntem noi europenii beneficiarii.

We had an amazing stay! The villa is beautiful & well positioned, so close to the beach & in such a special location. There are a few tavernas & shops located within walking distance- Molos was a particular highlight. The villa was brilliant for our family & baby- blackout shutters on the windows & we were able to borrow a cot & high chair. The pool was full of inflatables, plenty of outdoor seating & sun beds, bbq etc. if you’ve got a young family, it is just perfect in every way. Finally Gal & Rea were amazing hosts. They made sure we had some beers & groceries on arrival & went out of their way to help us the entire time. We will be back very soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay & some gorgeous memories

I cannot speak highly enough of Villa Maura. Myself and my family, six of us in total had a fantastic stay here. Extremely comfortable, a perfect size to accommodate all of us, good sized bathrooms all with walk in showers. Good facilities throughout and wonderfully clean and tidy. Paul was fantastic from start to finish. Very helpful and informative. We didn't have any issues or problems, but if we did I'm sure they would have been attended to promptly. The pool is a good size and in a great location to make the most of the view. The sun loungers are very comfortable which is always an added bonus. Even though the pictures look stunning, I promise that the view is even better in person - Trust me! Absolutely breath taking waking up to that each morning. A car is essential (although you can get taxis from Nydri if you look into it) but it's only a 10mins drive down to the town. We will most definitely be returning here 100% - Wonderful holiday at a wonderful villa.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. The property was beautiful - great views and location, had plenty of space for a family of 5 and was very clean. The outdoor area was extremely spacious with a perfect sized pool. Our villa representative, Chris, went above and beyond as a host. He was there for us at check in, assisted us with some of our transport and also helped us get a good price on a loan car. Only thing that to consider about this property is that the third bedroom is seperate to the main area of the house and is located downstairs (a studio). We didn’t have any issues with this space, but it is important to note this as some families may all want to be together. Overall very happy with the space and would definitely recommend staying at these villas!

The best villa we’ve ever stayed at! The photos don’t do it justice - the view is mesmerizing, the pool was the best to chill in the afternoon and evening. It’s quite private - no villas around it. Because of that you’ll need a car to get anywhere, but that’s true for most of Lefkada. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom l. All was as described. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor isn’t as good as the rest - the room itself is just as good but it doesn’t have any view and has smaller windows (this was clear from the listing). Our concierge Eva was outstanding - very helpful, friendly and always responded right away. She sent us local recommendations and helped us with everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back.

The villa is utterly fantastic. A beautiful home with plenty of space for our party of six. The home was well stocked with amenities, such as towels and loo roll. We loved our stay.

Really nice villa in a great location, just over an hour from the airport. It’s a 5 min drive from the villa to Sivota - a lovely harbour with plenty of restaurants - including a couple that did vegan options!! There are a few Boutique shops and a Pharmacy too. It’s a 20 minute walk down if you want to have a drink. Pool is v nice and you can swim in the sea as there is a private path down to the rocks at the bottom, but it is steep In places! Caution needed. There was a very sweet pebble beach further on (20 min walk) also a bit of a scramble, but lovely. Ram is a very good host, he sent us so much useful information and came back very quickly to any questions we had. The villa has a lovely view over the Bay - everything very nicely done inside and very clean. Management Company was also very reliable with advice and costings for boat trips, restaurants, beaches etc. Would happily go back. Just the break we needed.

The villa had amazing outdoor space. The place was clean and spacious. We were met by George who showed us around and was always quick to reply to any queries. This was a lovely place to stay. Need a car but that made exploring better. Vasiliki is a lovely resort

Firstly, Thalia was excellent and extremely helpful, she was a brilliant host. The home itself was beautiful. It felt like home from home. The decor was tasteful, the quality was first class (great beds!) and the views were sensational. Both my partner and I felt like we could have stayed there for at least another month. This property was an excellent find and the anyone renting it will be more than pleased they did.

We really enjoyed Villa Circe. It was set in a peaceful area ( yet a short walk to shops, restaurants and the seaside, albeit a little uphill on the way back, if you walk), with beautiful gardens, fantastic views and sunsets! It also had a lovely pool which was well-maintained and regularly cleaned. The Villa was simply and tastefully equipped with all necessities and Theo and Apostolos were very responsive and eager to please. Theo was especially helpful, we needed a mechanic to check our car and he helped us locate a garage the same day! I was very happy and appreciative of our hosts and their thoughtful care, as we had family with us visiting Greece for the first time and I was anxious to please them and have them form a good impression of Greece! Beautiful villa - great location, clean, has everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed our stay here. Lots of space, 3 kitchens, stunning views especially for sunset! A couple of minutes from the sea! Also great to be so close to the shops and restaurants of Agios Nikita’s. Mariza was very responsive and gave us an excellent recommendation for a boat day before we arrived. We also appreciated the manager checking us in and walking us through the villa. Both were very easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is a great villa with exceptional views. Very well equipped and extremely peaceful. Our three boys loved being so close to the village Astro pitch too. The village is very authentic and a great location to explore Lefkas town and the west coast beaches. Highly recommend

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Anastasia war eine bezaubernde Gastgeberin und hat uns sogar mit lokalen Leckereien überrascht. Der Pool ist herrlich und die Außenanlagen lädt dazu ein gemütlich zu grillen. Der Ausblick auf den Hafen ist einmalig. Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt und wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Met 7 personen een paar dagen, voordat wij gingen zeilen, hier verbleven. Anna (met haar schat van een dochter) heeft veel voor ons geregeld. Zeer mooie villa, heerlijk rustige omgeving. Het is wel een behoorlijke klim om van de hoofdweg naar de villa te komen echter voor een paar dagen prima te doen. Boodschappen met de taxi. Als je hier langer verblijft dan is auto wel handig. We had a wonderful week’s stay at the villa! Home away from home in a beautiful setting. The village is a ten minute walk with lovely tavernas, bakery, shop etc - all you need for a relaxing stay! Olga and Spiros are lovely hosts, always on hand to help - thank you so much ☺️
