Apartment holiday rentals in Kato Paphos

We loved our stay in Tala. Savvas and Helen were great hosts who keep a pristine flat and stay in regular contact. The flat itself had everything we needed, with the little details making a world of difference. The shared pool we had to ourselves for most of the trip. Tala is a charming village with some great, family-run tavernas and a central bar. Highly recommended. Thank you both!

We had a lovely stay at Stella’s apartment in Coral Bay, Cyprus. The location couldn’t have been better with just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and everything you could need. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Stella was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and always available if we had any questions and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend

Host molto gentile e reattivo. Appartamento con ottima posizione di fronte al supermercato. Presente tutto quello che serve per un bel soggiorno. Unico limite: doccia piccola e a volte l’acqua esce. Rumori durante la notte dalla strada di persone a piedi, ma non e’ colpa dell’host. Sicuramente consigliato, grazie per il soggiorno.

Siamo venuti in 2 adulti e 2 bambini ...perfetto perfetto perfetto... Praticamente la mia famiglia vorrebbe prendere la stessa casa,macchina (che e sempre di proprietario..) Siamo stati benissimo... Raccomando a tutti. 4 giornate purtroppo sono stati pochi...c'è tanto da visitare

De accommodatie is goed gelegen om een aantal wandelgebieden te verkennen. De woning is ruim en licht en op het terras, palend aan de tuin met zwembad, is het rustig zitten.

Schon bevor ich hier ankam nahm sich Mike immer Zeit für mich. Mike ist, und auch seine Frau und sein Sohn seeeehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich, auch wenn ich nicht gut englisch kann. Alle Fragen wurden mir immer schnell beantwortet. Einfach super hier. Ich fühle mich zuhause😊 Liebe Grüsse Monika

Un appartement très agréable, spacieux, et bien équipé Situé à 10-15 minutes de marche du bord de mer. La piscine est très agréable ainsi que la terrasse Le logement était très propre et Alina s’est montrée accueillante Tout était parfait Nous recommandons cette adresse.

Très belle expérience dans ce logement confortable, fidèle aux photos et parfaitement entretenu. Le quartier est paisible, tout en étant proche des commodités. Ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c’est l’aide précieuse de l’hôte dès notre arrivée : il nous a accompagné pour trouver une voiture de location, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour et d’explorer Chypre en toute liberté. Un grand merci pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Je recommande sans hésitation !

We had a most enjoyable holiday in Paphos, Cyprus. Demetri is a great host. He is easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all enquiries. The property is very nice and clean. Location wise, the property is a 'stone throw' away from many restaurants and amenities. The supermarket is 5 minutes walking. The harbour / swimming is about 3 minutes walking. Caffe Nero is less than a one minute walk. A great central location, close to everything Thank you again Demetri... we enjoyed your hospitality, with much appreciation, Abi and family

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit großem Community Pool, der allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und wo nur 4 Liegen stehen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine ruhige Lage. Einziger negativer Punkt ist das kleine und wirklich sehr unbequeme Bett. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen.

We had a great stay here - great location with shops, restaurants and the harbour within walking distance. Everything was as described and we had no issues. Communication was easy with everything outlined and explained to us prior to our stay. Lovely apartment & lovely pool! Would definitely book again.

I booked this apartment for my parents as the original place we booked was nothing like the advert. Natalia was fantastic. It was great to know they were in safe hands. She was very responsive. The apartment was very spacious and clean with everything they could need. They especially enjoyed the large balcony and how close they were to everything! This property was a great find! The space was mostly clean and well-maintained, just as described. The pool was a good size and not overcrowded, which was perfect for relaxing. The property manager was very responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions or requests. Checkout was a breeze. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to others

We had a really lovely stay. The AC was an absolute god send after walking around all day. The location was actually really pretty good, was worried after reading other reviews and looking at maps about things being far out but there was a big patch of land that you could just walk across which literally made going to Kings Road strip a 3 minute journey. The bed wasn’t the best, the mattress was bit pokey in some places and if your partner tosses and turns (like mine does) you feel that a lot as the bed tends to dip. It had all the essentials, extra towels, iron, hairdryer - I do think it could have had some more trays that go in the oven but it wasn’t the end of the world. Lots of fridge space too! Also, very easy to check into. The self check in was super convenient and defo worth doing if you have a late/early flight. The pools were also lovely, and lots of sunbeds if you don’t wanna leave the apartment. We had a fab time, thanks so much!

Beautiful, brand new apartment in a spotless condition. It has all that you need for a relaxing stay in a quiet location near beach. We also very much enjoyed the pool with nice warm water during our early June stay.

Nous avons passé plusieurs jours dans ce logement et nous en sommes ravis. L’emplacement est très bien, pour visiter le centre de Paphos, les sites archéologiques et aller à la plage qui est en face, comme la promenade qui longe la mer jusqu’au port. Bref nous sommes contents de notre choix. Un parking à disposition pour la voiture et une piscine pour se relaxer après une bonne journée de marche. 👍 Bon point de départ pour visiter les alentours. De plus Nick est très gentil, il nous a bien renseignés, super réactif. Bref que du positif.
