Had an amazing stay with Masa. Wanted something a little farther from the main city for my trip next to a train and this location was perfect. Very nice and peaceful and Masa was very responsive as a host. Highly recommend thank you!!!

We did have one strange hiccup where when we arrived at 3:20 (after check in), there was still a man inside who said he was wrapping up cleaning along with three other adults with luggages. Not sure if they were the previous guests doing a late luggage check out, but it definitely made us a little uncomfortable. Other than the strange check in, this apartment was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean, walkable, and had everything we needed.

This place was clean and comfortable for a family of 6. Tommy was very responsive and helpful. We had all we needed in this house and amenities were easy to use. I would definitely stay here again when we return to Japan.

Lovely unit to stay. Instructions given were very helpful to find the property. Very easy walk to the train station too! There is also a small eatery opposite the property for dinner. Do note that there is no lift on the property, so it might not be easy for some to carry their heavy luggages from ground floor to their unit. Overall, this unit is highly recommended! My entire stay was peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay at the penthouse. It was very urban and sleek atmosphere with a view of a skyline. The host was very communicative and kind. Highly recommended.

My family and I loved staying here! Firstly we love the location, The house was 8-10 minutes walk from the train station and there were so many local eateries nearby and marts to explore. It’s a direct line from airport and so easy to go to other parts of Tokyo. The house itself was very comfortable and comes with complete amenities. It was clean, spotless, tidy and smells great. Check in was straight forward and host is very responsive via chat. Highly recommended!

Yoshiyuki's house was a great place to stay! I was really pleased with their responsiveness during my trip and helping me out whenever and wherever they could. The house itself was nice and cozy, and everything down to the amenities was well stocked I would definitely look to book this place again if possible the next time I come back to Japan! Always great being so close to a Train station as well!

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. This is my second stay in Katsushika near Yotsugi station. This is a super convenient neighborhood, close to Tokyo and essentially equidistant to both Haneda and Narita airports, and the train lines. Yurie and her co-hosts are super easy and pleasant to work with! The house is very accommodating for guests and basically dedicates space on the 2nd and 3rd floor for sleeping and 1st floor as a communal area for dining. The 1st floor also has a single combined washer/dryer (heat pump) unit, so you can do both cycles in one load without having to remove clothes - super convenient. My family and I had a great time at the "Oneness House" and it was comfy. The air conditioning worked well, just be sure to close doors to the stairwell! Oh, and of course, Family Mart / Yotsugi Station is a 1 minute walk; the Family Mart ringtone will remain stuck in your head :)

It was very nice yall ! This was my first time abroad and they really made it easy with all the instructions they had. The location was really nice as well it was very close to a station and shops and a shopping mall yet the area of the house was quiet. The pictures match everything and the host responded very fast to any question I had.

We stayed as a family for several nights.Partly because it was newly built, everywhere was very clean and I had a pleasant time.Each room had a slightly different atmosphere, and the interior was stylish and relaxing. I was grateful for the baby chair, crib, and toys for my child.I was able to reduce my luggage, and my children were able to play without getting bored, which was a great help to me as a parent.There were also a range of appliances such as a kitchen and washing machine, and I was able to do a little housework smoothly during my stay. It was also nice to have enough space for the whole family to relax.Personally, I was happy that I was able to eat in the living room and put him to bed early at night, without disrupting the rhythm of my life. It was within walking distance of the station, and there were many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so I had no trouble shopping and eating during my stay.It was easy to access Asakusa and the Skytree, and the balance between sightseeing and daily life was just right. Communication with the host was very smooth, and they responded politely to this question, giving me a sense of security.This is a highly recommended inn for families.If I have the opportunity to come to Tokyo again, I would definitely like to use it again.

I loved staying here. It really felt like I lived on the street and the house is nice. It really is pretty high tech, especially with the bathrooms. It’s very quiet around the neighborhood. It’s about 10 minutes walk from Yotsugi station which has a cool dedication to a specific sports anime - find out for yourself :) Great hospitable team. Helped us know the good spots! A+++++

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Great place and quiet neighbourhood Nearest station is like 5 minutes on foot and about 20-30 minutes for shinjuku so you don’t have to travel a lot to get to the center of Tokyo Kota is very responsive and helpful Definitely recommend

This was such a good place to stay in for me and my friend! The location was great and just a short walk from the train station. There was plenty to do in the ikebukero are and lots to do after taking the train to other places. Place was nice and clean and the owner was very responsive! Overall great place

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️

We really enjoyed Aileen’s place for the 6 nights we stayed and we really found the Nakano station very convenient being on the Chuo Rapid line we could get to Shinjuku in 5 minutes. And from there we had several connecting lines to travel anywhere within Tokyo. The space in the apartment was lavish compared to the cramped Tokyo hotel rooms and we could easily have all our luggage in the living room. The deck was an added bonus as it has some spectacular sunset views. Overall a wonderful place to be in a quiet area but close to the action.

Stayed with four people, but felt the accommodation was spacious especially for Tokyo standards. The host was very responsive and very accommodating!
