Attention We changed this airbnb into entire rental after the year of 2022. Before 2022, we rented this airbnb as shared-house. so some of the reviews in the past before 2022 may not be accurate anymore. we can hold the luggage from 9am on the check-in date, also we can hold the luggage until 7pm on the check-out date. We  pick-up  at Aoto Station for check-in ( 1 pick-up for 1 reservation.) ※There may be construction noise in the next house during day time 8:30am-5pm in 2025.

SUMIRE AOI HOUSE - Minimal Japanese House

"SUMIRE AOI HOUSE" is a small Japanese house. The basic structure of the house was designed in 1952 by Makoto Masuzawa, a leading architect in Japan. And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted. The area has some parks and fields, and it's leisurely. I can introduce nearby shops. Please spend your time like traveling daily life.

100-year-old wooden house/ 1min to the station

This house was built more than 100 years ago (survived WW2 and some great earthquakes), and was renovated recently. It is located just 1min away from Hiroo subway station (Hibiya-line). Hiroo is one of most popular residential neighborhood in Tokyo. There are many restaurants and shops in Hiroo and it is very easy to access to Ebisu, Roppongi (3min by subway), Shibuya and Omote-sando (within 3km).

Everything in the room, including the bathroom with toilet, is for your own use only ! ! Please use it as a base for sightseeing or business in Tokyo for a limited number of days. My house is very clean and Japanese style. My house has spacious rooms so you can relax here. Uniquely, there are 2 sunken kotatsu(It is a kind of foot warmer in Japan). Bath is big enough for 2 people to take together.
