BBQ with side burner and all kitchen appliances are there. There is an outhouse. No shower. Wifi available on the property. Kayaks are accessed at The Nest which is the 2nd cabin (that you can't see). Firewood available for free. Incredible night skies. Space and privacy. A soul restoring getaway.

This property is minutes from the Bobcaygeon Lock by road or boat. The loft is located on the second story of a self contained building and has a private entrance. The Loft has been totally renovated for use by guests and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. There is a dock for guest use. A public boat launch is about 5 minutes away.

Lower level suite with private entrance includes one separate bedroom, one bed with room divider in the living area, plus a full bath, and kitchen facilities. Once called the "United Nations of birds", we are just a short drive from public beaches, lakes, the Victoria Rail Trail, and Monck's Landing Golf Course (stay and play package available). WATERFRONT PROPERTY….Enjoy stunning sunsets from the basement walkout guest suite. Take in views from the living room, bedroom (queen bed), or large 34 foot long private patio! The backyard leads directly to the lake including a fire pit for your use. Please note that the natural slope of the yard (40 stairs) may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. While the suite doesn't feature a kitchen, Port Perry is only an 8 min drive and offers many culinary options.
