This house is just perfect when you are travelling around Cappadoccia. It’s very peacefull, green & the architecture is fully in respect of the environnement ! the 2 houses are separated which is just perfect when you are more than 2 travellers & want to keep your intimicy & independance. Super easy to park, very central when you want to visit Cappadoccia. Ismek renovated his house with taste ! you feel home which is great when you travel! The place is even nicer in reality vs pics! if you want to combine peace & authenticity : this is your place!

Ercan is a kind host very responsive. The House is as the photos show. Everything clean and functional. The neighborhood is a rural area, super quiet with wonderful views. I recommend it without hesitation.

The best decision for a trip to Cappadocia was to choose this accommodation!The hotel is located in a small town near Greme, with super convenient transportation, and a minibus every hour can easily reach it, so you don't have to worry about getting around.The prices here are friendly, making it the "cost-effective paradise" of Greme. The same food and souvenirs are sold at half the price. The focus is on the complete absence of the hustle and bustle and excessive commercialization of Greme, perfectly preserving the local tranquility and simplicity. The room is even more surprising, with a cozy and private arrangement, and it feels like home as soon as you enter the door.Soft and skin-friendly bedding allows me to sleep soundly every night until dawn.The best part is that there's actually a kitchen!Who can understand the happiness of being able to cook for oneself in a foreign country!The staff not only communicated fluently in English, but also enthusiastically helped me plan the most reasonable itinerary to cover all the essential attractions of Cappadocia.This accommodation experience is perfect, next time I come to Cappadocia, I will stay here again!

The place is great. If you are type of guest who are not comfortable to wear shoes all the time inside a house, do not forget to bring an indoor slippers to keep your feet warm.

Great place to stay on top of a hill with beautiful surrounding. Place is clean and fully equipped. The host Rukiye was very friendly and responsive as well. High recommended for those going in a group.

The communication was very good, he took care of us very well. He was a very sweet person. The only problem was the lack of communication at night and the lack of service at breakfast.

We preferred it as a place to stay for the henna organization in Kayseri. Everything was fine and comfortable. We were satisfied. A place we would consider choosing again.

We loved our stay here. The location, 15 mins from the ski resort and 10 mins from town was ideal. The house was warm and cosy, and having a garden meant our kids played in the snow when we got home from skiing which they loved. FYI: there was no dishwasher as listed, kitchen equipment was minimal (but local food is deeeeelicious) and the boiler switched off a few times but we were able to fix ourselves and it gives instant hot water. We're hoping to come back next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

had a great stay! the place was clean and had everything I needed. it's located close to the mountains, which is perfect for anyone who loves skiing. the neighborhood was so peaceful, and the interior design is just beautiful. i can imagine how amazing it would be here during winter – definitely looking forward to coming back! highly recommend!

The place is very close to the mountain, perfect for skiing. The place is quiet. A few amenities were missing but Kubilay was very responsive.

Comfortable Stay and Perfect Location! We stayed at Prime Inn City and everything was wonderful! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed—fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and smart TV. The location is excellent, close to the city center and tourist attractions like Kayseri Castle and the Church of Saint Gregory the Illuminator. The staff was very friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and varied. We’ll definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kayseri!

We were so impressed by Tuncer and his mom warm welcome, Mom brought us tea and pastry for breakfast ,so nice of her. everything is accurate as written in the description. clean and spacious apartment, feeling like you were at your own home. Especially Tuncer , he is so genuine 😍 thanks for nice restaurants recommendations and places to visit. We really enjoy our stay at his place . Lovely

We stayed for 3 nights in Tuncers appt which was great and by the way, 4 days can be enough to explore Cappadocië. Everything was steady and comfortable, Tuncer was a reliable host and answers quickly. So we can recommend his tastefull appartment.

Thanks to Mr. Serdar, we were pleased to meet him on this holiday because he is a caring, classy, and helpful host. Even when he was in many cities and homes, his sensitivity was in our memory. We would like to thank him again for hosting us in a clean, tidy and well-maintained house. The mosquito problem was widespread in all the cities on our route. Maybe the only flaw (!) is the lack of a fly in the apartment. In short, profiles like Mr. Serdar are very important for these platforms to be safer and for travels to be free from unpleasant surprises. It is preferable.
