The house is out of the city. We had suffer a lot due to the location and language difference

The accommodation is at an altitude: both in quality and in fact - an altitude of 1400 meters above sea level, it is 500 meters above the city center, and therefore above the smog and low cloudiness. The place is very cool, everything is thoughtful and made by the host for yourself. 10 out of 10

Firstly I would like to praise the Host as he was super helpful and responsive. this place is for nature lover and you can easily accommodate large families [easy for 10 to 12 people]. rite on top of mountain [indeed not easily accessible] but that's what you go here for. Complete cutoff from outside and get lost in the beauty and nature surrounding. however if you want to get city lively hood, it's 25 mins away and Call a Taxi do come to your door step. House had all the required amenities with proper heating for winters. Olzhas was super helpful, even guiding us with rentals for our shoe crampons. He had Sauna [we did not use it], great backyard for kids to play around, Safe locality, and a play area as well for kids. Amenities like Table Tennis, Kaeoke, PSP kept the kids and adults busy. A must stay place near Almaty

Adels house is in very pores area in Kazakhstan, shymbulak mountain is very near only 6 km , some attractions is very near its only 20 min to 30 minutes, house is very big and it’s for 8 people either 4 couple without child , living area is to big rooms r very spacious, only one is - point internat problem if have your local simcard but in this area some nets issue , other is very nice to stay

Celebrated New Year's Eve at Daniyar's house from January 31 to January 2 Daniyar always responded promptly in the chat, met us and even helped our taxi driver push the stacked car. It was very pleasant to be in the house, everything is clean and cozy, there was also a TV and various games for the company. Me and my friends really liked everything, the guys also allocated heated floors in the house - this is what we all needed) Daniyar has prepared shampoo, shower gel, and toothbrush sets with paste for us I especially want to note the stunning view of the mountains, which was on the 2nd floor I noticed only one disadvantage - there are no food deliveries to the area. But we checked it in advance and took food with us for two days

Great cabin for two with a beautiful view. The road to the cabin is narrow and winding. But otherwise up the hill and not get in. There are no neighbors, only the city below, the sky, the air and silence! All appliances work perfectly. There is even a grill on the street. You can park your car near the stairs. 9.5/10

We had a good rest and enjoyed nature, despite the bad weather. Everything went according to plan, forgot the grill in the house and the hosts of the house returned it later. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy your stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb, by far the best we've experienced in Kazakhstan. The tiny house is nestled in peaceful vineyards, offering a truly serene escape. The house itself is charming and cozy, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Slava, the host, was incredibly kind and flexible, providing us with fantastic recommendations and even accommodating a last-minute pizza request. Be sure to order the delicious breakfast and book the wine & pizza tasting in advance—it’s a must-do! We also loved spending time with his adorable and friendly cats and dogs. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back. Thank you again, Slava, for such a memorable stay!

Very good stay in this nice cottage. Close to the slopes in the winter. Great for a stay with kids because there are games too. Thank you for hosting us and for the gifts.

it was really a great experience. a private holiday villa inside 20 acres of land. you have so many things to explore inside the compound itself. you can see the garden, water canal, honey bee farming since we went in autumn we could enjoy the colors.if it's spring and summer they said we can enjoy the fruit's harvested from their field there was sauna with honey , billiards , chess etc the views from the room and dining place was amazing. 24*7 security guard there so no need to be worried of safety. Leonid the property manager, his mother and father all were so humble and take care of us very well we reached in the evening and they offered us evening tea which was traditional Kazakhstan tea with different types of natural honey and Kazakh snacks. the dinner was very delicious Kazakh dish beshbarmak and breakfast was also great.they packed some snacks for kids. host ulyano and Masha was very friendly and kind and they did a property tour for us . we really enjoyed the stay.

Place was perfect and the host was always ready to help with whatever we needed, which is especially important when traveling in a foreign country. We had a great experience!

This apartment we get was different that one on the pictures, but i guess only because we want to check in before 2 pm. It was a bit dirty(black long hair) but i noticed while i was paying for apartment there was no cleaning fee so it was cheaper than other accommodations. The linen was clean. There was constant noice comming from upper floor ( child was crying 24/7) but there is nothing host can do about this. The internet was working good ( also for work ) and location was convinient. It was ok to stay for few days or weeks but if i live in that building i will probably sell the flat ( no noice isolation ). Overall it was good stay, thanks to the host fast reactions about early check in.

Very nice and lovely place. There are 29 cabins and all fresh buildings, good furniture inside and everything is tastefully made. Booked through airbnb, contacted the owner after payment. He said that the price here is irrelevant and last year, the current price is 30% higher, but despite this, he accepted payment and arranged without problems. I liked everything, we had a good rest

The apartment is very beautiful, clean and spacious. The hostess is a responsive person. Check-in was not problematic. I think I'm staying here all the time

The cabin is very cozy, makes you feel like you don’t want to leave, the furniture is very well put together and the views are amazing, the host is very friendly and it is clear that he loves the place. Sometimes if it is snowy you might need an offroader to get directly to the cabin, but the friendly host didn’t hesitate to offer us rides with the staff car

Valerie is an excellent host. We got a neatly maintained apartment. All the facilities were available including powder of washing machine and dishwasher. She helped us to book a show in Astana Opera too. Location is perfect and in the central location. This is the best apartment of airbnb we had experienced till date. We enjoyed it a lot. One must experience this.

Excellent accommodation with everything you need for a comfortable stay, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, two air conditioners in the bedroom and living room, enclosed area with a quiet courtyard. Zhibek is very responsive and was always in touch, provided clear instructions for check-in.

This was a great place for our stay, as I needed to work with ministries that were located within walking distance. The building is close to the center of the city, a good mall is a 15min walk away, a large supermarket is 5 minutes away, there are 4 small shops in the building where you can buy most of what you may need, there are 3 delivery service points in the building (WildBerries, Ozon, Kaspi) for anything you want to order online. Apartment had everything we needed, including laundry detergent, all cleaning supplies, shampoo, soap, etc. The A/C is only in the living room and it works great, but there isn't one in the bedroom and it gets quite hot in the summer. If you keep the windows closed and run the A/C on high it will cool all rooms off eventually. The mattress in the bedroom, in my opinion, requires replacement, as it is pretty soft. I found it tough to sleep on, but it could just be me. Overall, an awesome place and we will be back next year! Thank you, Lyailya!
