This place is truly magical . The house is newly built and really has everything you need. Bed is located on the first floor with a great view of the mountains. The highlight was definitely the sauna and the hot tub! Under host was very eager and always available for us! We'd love to come back !

Fantastic views, lovely cabin

Thanks to dear Pavle and his wonderful home! This is a beautiful, clean, cozy, and very peaceful place. I would have happily stayed longer. It’s especially convenient that the house has two bedrooms, but spoiler alert: the panoramic bath automatically turns on the romantic mood! Easy to find by a car and chill!

Outstanding location. The early morning view of the Kazbegi mountain from the bedroom is worth every dime paid for the property. Niko is very responsive. We arrived late at night around 2am and Niko wanted to be present to welcome us. Since it was too late and he was tired we could not meet at night however he made sure everything was in place at the property and he sent detailed instructions on how to checkin, where to park etc when we arrive. One of our friends was sick in the morning and wanted to rest a bit and Niko was kind and humble enough for us to stay a bit longer than the checkout time for us to rest some more. Overall amazing place, amazing host and outstanding views of the valley. Would definitely book again if I ever visit again

amazing hut with a hot tub and the most amazing view. very private and cozy, walkable distance to a small shopping center with groceries, restaurants and currency exchange. the host was more than great! very nice and responsive person who helped us with every question. highly recommend!

Pretty good and beautiful place to rest and chill!

Gigi's cabin is a perfect place to spend the vacation under the foot hills of the Kazbegi mountains. Gigo was very friendly, communicate and fast to respond when we needed any help

Everything here was great! The house is beautiful and the view is amazing. It’s one of the fewer houses in Kasbegi which is not between other houses. There is a really cute puppy near the house who loves belly scratches. 😊 The last part of the road to the house is a bit bumpy, so you do need a good car to get there. Also, the dogs go crazy at night, so I recommend bringing earplugs.

I was taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony. Our host was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival. Communication was seamless! The host was ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Location was fab. Quiet but close to everywhere what you are going to visit, also shops are nearby. Place is very cozy and there is everything you will need during your stay. Highly recommended

Nestled in the mountains.. a beautiful place where you can find a lot of peace..

The cottage is absolutely stunning. Waking up to surrounding mountains was amazing. Both beds have very good quality matrasses and bed sheets. The cottage looks just like in the pictures and was extremely clean. Its a nice place to get some rest. It's easy to hitchhike from und main street to stepantsminda. Two dogs were always on our balcony so we could not eat outside. Regardless of the beautiful cottage, Aniis communication was not exactly what I would have expected for this price. When I asked for the address of the house she told me to check in maps, but it doesn't show the road leading to the house, so we we're lost if we are at the right spot. She also didn't answer me with a number of a taxi driver which I asked. Only when our driver found out her number he was able to clarify some instructions. She then finally organized a transport to bring us to the cottage from the main street. But the transport was expensive, we paid way less when we organized a taxi ourselves.

Beautiful space! Everything is as the pictures. Place is very clean, well prepared and easy to find. Nino was super responsive, the internet is fast, and the kitchen has everything one would need.

The location is a little off, but it's also very quiet. There's a huge lawn in front of the door. In the morning, there will be cows and horses nearby eating grass hahaha The host replied very quickly, the kitchen utensils are very complete, satisfied

We loved everything about this cabin! It’s super close to shops, restaurants and the ski lifts — but still feels peaceful and private. The cabin was cozy, clean and had gorgeous mountain views. It had all the comforts we needed and Tornike was really friendly and helpful. Perfect spot for a relaxing and fun getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved the house! The view to the mountains is simply mesmerizing! It's convenient to travel to where the hiking trails start. The neighborhood has a delicious restaurant. The house is very cozy, a lot of pleasant interior details, board games, there are all the essentials. The hostess is very pleasant, friendly, responsive. Thank you for your hospitality!

Nini is the sweetest attentive host one could ever want. On arrival things were not as expected due to unforeseen circumstances including construction of her new project directly in front but what's important for me is how a host handles a situation and Nini was very professional, attentive, understanding, kind and patient. she also answered my million questions without being bothered. For me hospitality and kindness in uncomfortable/unlucky situations is so important. Its gorgeous to be surrounded by mountains. I'd stay here again. Thank you for having my family and I 🙏🏽

The residence is beautiful, clean and wonderful and is located in a beautiful, calm and relaxed area. The owner of the house was a great and very nice person ^_^ That is why I will visit the same area and the dwelling again
