Hallo Richard, dein Haus war wunderbar – wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Uns als Familie haben nur die Waschmaschine und ein Wäscheständer ein wenig gefehlt 😄 Aber das war kein großes Problem. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder zu dir – es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ruhig und perfekt für unsere Kinder und unsere kleine Hündin Alexa. Das große, bezaubernde Grundstück und die schöne Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Alles ist gut erreichbar – ob Riga oder Jūrmala. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt! Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße! Lieliska vieta kur pavadīt brīvdienas kopā ar ģimeni. Namiņā atrodams viss nepieciciešamais gan maltītes pagatavošanai, gan atpūtai. Sakopts īpašums, kurā var justies kā mājās. Īpaša pievienotā vērtība pirtiņai un kubulam tieši pie dīķa. Paldies saimniekiem!

Agita was very welcoming, giving me some fruit and veg she'd just picked from her garden, and helped me out with the Jurmala fee - you need to pay to pass through Jurmala which will be an unexpected thing for most people. It was a stop-off point for me for a night, so I can't really say how it works if you're exploring Jurmala.

The staff was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Place was cosy and private right by the river. The house was really warm. There was only one big minus, it was the jacuzzi/hot tub - had to wait long for it to get warm, but thats no big deal, but once it got to 40-45 °C, the host turned it off and forbid us to put the heating on by ourselves. So the water stayed good and warm for about 30 minutes after which it started to get cold. So 50€ for a 30 min hot tub is rather sad, plus there is now way to enjoy the hot tub next morning before leaving.

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in der Unterkunft und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach und klein. Man läuft ca. 10 Minuten zum Strand. Es ist ein wundervoller, sehr sauberer Strand mit dem feinsten Sand, den ich je gesehen habe. Man läuft in 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof, von dort fährt zwei mal pro Stunde ein Zug nach Riga (ca. 30 Minuten Fahrzeit). Auf diese Weise kann man wunderbar die Vorteile einer Städtetour mit einem Strandurlaub verbinden. Und Riga ist eine der schönsten Städte, die ich je gesehen habe. Inese war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns perfekt unterstützt. Danke!

Очень уютный дом и приятная хозяйка! В доме есть абсолютно все, что нужно для проживания! Удобная кухня и большая терраса! Дом находится в 10 минутах от моря, рядом с лесом. Ближайший магазин в 8 минутах. 100% рекомендую это место расположения! Дом выглядит лучше в реальной жизни, чем на фото! Это приятно удивило! Отметили то, что матрасы, подушки, одеяло - хорошего качества, что бывает очень редко в других местах размещения! Большое спасибо за такой приятный прием!

Mēs pavadījām brīnišķīgu laiku šajā viesu mājā! Gan pati māja, gan apkārtne mūs patīkami pārsteidza – ļoti mājīga, tīra un ērta vide, kur baudīt mieru un atpūtu. Apkārtnē ir daudz skaistu vietu pastaigām un dabas baudīšanai, kas padarīja mūsu uzturēšanos vēl īpašāku. Īpašs paldies viesu mājas saimniekiem par sirsnīgo uzņemšanu un lielisko komunikāciju – viss tika nodrošināts, lai mēs justos ērti un gaidīti. Mēs noteikti atgriezīsimies un iesakām šo vietu arī citiem, kas vēlas patīkamu un relaksējošu atpūtu!

Brīnišķīga un mierpilna vieta, aprīkota ar visu nepieciešamo ērtai atpūtai. Ļoti jauki un atsaucīgi saimnieki. Vieta ir skaista, tīra un labi uzturēta. Viss nepieciešamais bija pieejams. Noteikti iesaku atpūtai!

Really enjoyed our stay! Apartment is clean and well furnished. Easy access to tram and to get out of the city by car!

We had a fantastic holiday in this apartment, which is perfectly located for a city break in Riga. The apartment is large, clean and practically furnished for many guests. The terrace is a particular plus. The contact with the landlord has been quick and efficient and we highly recommend this apartment.

Victoria's place in Olde Town Riga was perfect for our stay. It was a beautiful location - combining a historical building with modernized accommodations. And it was in a perfect location. So close to so many restaurants and sights in Riga - very easy to get around. Even though you can't drive right up to the location, it wasn't far for drivers to access. Everything was clean and well kept - it was just what we wanted for our vacation.

Loved the surroundings and the peace. Decoration of the place was cozy. Warm and friendly host, lovely pets, felt right at home. Morning sunrise was amazing and in the kitchen there was very tasty herbal tea. Found good dinner from Ogre. Coming with car, there were fuel stations just near the location. Would be happy to stay again!

We had an amazing stay at these apartments – everything was spotless, super stylish, and completely new! The design is beautiful, the bed is incredibly comfy, and we were even greeted with a welcome drink in the fridge – such a nice touch. But the real highlight? Kārlis – the coolest guy ever. We arrived in our old vintage Mercedes, and he ran out to meet us right away… turns out he’s a true classic car enthusiast! Instantly felt like we were staying with friends. We’ve already rebooked the place for when we return from Morocco – that says it all. Super recommendation – 10/10!🤍

Our 3 nights stay here was amazing! Would absolutely go back! The location was perfect, a walk to everything you need to see in Riga. The balcony was ideal as we were welcomed with 20 degree sunshine so a morning coffee was even more perfect. The bed was super comfy too. Our only little pointers which doesn’t make a change to our 5* review.. were that the curtains/blinds weren’t so great for blocking the light, we woke up quite early each morning due to this. A curtain would be useful on the shower as it was a task trying to ensure not to get the floor soaking wet. And a long length mirror would have been beneficial and another mirror I could move to help with outfits/makeup as the one in the bathroom was quite dark. I ended up using the lift mirror to try see my outfit choices haha first world problems 😆. Thank you Eva. For making our trip perfect!

Me and my partner stayed at Iveta’s place for my 30th birthday and it exceeded expectations! The apartment itself was spotless, bright, and had literally everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and the place was the perfect temperature even during the hot days. There was a huge fan to use too for the warmer nights. Iveta was such a great host, friendly, very responsive, and even gave us the option for a later checkout as our flight wasn’t until later on. The location was perfect. It was a 20/25min walk through the parks to reach all the main sights in Riga and there were loads of cool restaurants / bars nearby. We felt so safe and it was lovely and quiet at night. Wish we could have stayed longer! The perfect trip

Vi hadde helt nydelige dager i leiligheten til Elina. Hele komplekset der leiligheten ligger er veldig flott og luksuriøst. Bad, stue, kjøkken og balkong er utrolig flotte, med vakre møbler og topp standard. Til og med på badet var luksuriøse såper, shampoo og balsam - og stor håndklær. Ren luksus fra start til slutt. Vi fikk veldig god hjelp av verten til å finne the finest dining i Riga. I første etasje ligger en veldig flott frokostrestaurant, Mimosa som vi fikk anbefalt av verten. Vi kunne ikke fått en bedre leilighet og bedre vert.

Wir haben uns von Beginn an wohlgefühlt. Die Küche ist top eingerichtet inkl Toaster, Wasserkocher, Geschirrspüler und es gibt auch genug Geschirr. Mo-So kann man im Supermarkt in der Nähe shoppen, frisches Brot/Brötchen inklusive. Der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß einfach erreichbar. Von dort kann man für 2 Euro nach Jurmala fahren. Alles andere geht auch zu Fuß dank der tollen Lage der Wohnung. Rita war so freundlich und wir durften früher ein- und später auschecken. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir empfehlen das Apartment zu 150%

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The check in instructions were very clear, the apartment was spotless and well organised with everything we needed. The washing machine and pods was a really helpful extra. Also the local guide was very helpful, we visited some of the recommended places for food and they didn’t disappoint. Great location for exploring the Old Town and further afield.

Great place to stay and very conveniently located to restaurants and bars. And a close walk to all the main areas and tourist spots.

Die Wohnung von Martin ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet und beschrieben. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden und sauber. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen um die Altstadt und auch den Bahnhof fußläufig zu erreichen. Martin war immer gut zu erreichen und hat schnell, freundlich und hilfreich reagiert. Wir würden immer wieder zurückkehren und können Martin als Gastgeber und seine Wohnung nur empfehlen.

A beautifully decorated apartment, with all possible amenites supplied. It was very clean and within easy walking distance of all the Old Town sights, and had an included parking spot in the secure courtyard. The hosts were marvelous, and very pro-active, and quick to reply to any questions we had. We were there when the weather was a bit changeable, and the apartment doesn't get too much natural light, but we didn't find this a problem. We were greeted with a host of complementary drinks in the fridge, and numerous sweets, and this was a real highlight. Highly recommended.

we really enjoyed staying at Martins' place. well stocked, beautifuly furnished, spacious apartment. we loved the deck and Nespresso machine was a nice touch. great communication and flexible check in and out, that we really appreciated. there were 3 of us and that was perfect, two extra beds are not private and maybe works for kids/teenagers. location is perfect! right next to art nouveau neighborhood and a short walk to the old town. plenty of restaurants and shops close by. I would definitely recommend Martins' place.

It was a really good stay. The apartament is big, the location is nice and calm, in close proximity to bus and trolleybus stops. The apartament itself was very well equipped. It was warm inside despite bad weather. There were also a lot of nice books and albums inside that we enjoyed :)
