Overall I like this homestay, center of Kota Bharu. I was a great experience. I appreciate their effort to keep the space clean, and in future i want to come back to this place.

Pros 1. Clean unit (although some dust found on hidden area) 2. lot of amenities for families - washing machine, electric stove, heater, wifi, etc 3. Great for mid-size families 4. Good & strayegic location 5. Easy to check-in Can Improve 1. Best if have netflix 😅 Cons (not related to unit) 1. Parking ramp requite expert-level driving skills

Pro 1. Toilet clean..towel & toiletries provided❣️ 2. Bed and linen super comfy and clean ❣️ 3. Got Iron 4. Got arah kiblat 👍🏻 5. Nice view from level 27 Cons None..love it❤️ Suggestion 1. Maybe can add small/tankless cuckoo/ coway 2. Add more plug to charge phone/ laptop..especially when everyone in need. **most plug been used for electrical appliance.. (maybe my bad too forgot to bring my extension 🫢) Overall will repeat if i come to KB again❣️ Recommended Stay..Worth the price more than rest of hotel in KB Tq owner for the great hospitality❤️

We stayed in Kota Bharu on our way to the Perhentian Islands and we felt right at home at Sudarwaty's place. There are some restaurants nearby and a convenience store. Be aware that there is a dress code for the swimming pool. Sudarwaty's apartment was a great fit for our family of 4.

Comfortable and Clean Apartment with Thoughtful Host- that's what can I conclude from this stayed. My recent stay at this apartment was truly enjoyable. The space was not only very comfortable but also impeccably clean for 6 of us, which made settling in quite pleasant. The owner's hospitality truly stood out as they went above and beyond by providing bottles of drinking water in the fridge, biscuits and some 3 in 1 drinks, a thoughtful touch that was much appreciated. However, navigating to the apartment was a bit challenging due to the narrow roads and the somewhat confusing entrance, especially for first-time visitors. It would be helpful for the owner to provide clearer instructions or signage to assist guests in finding their way more easily. Overall, despite the minor inconvenience of the location, I would highly recommend this apartment for its comfort, cleanliness, and the warm hospitality of the owner.

A good place to stay

Very comfortable and clean stay! The host is very friendly and easy to deal with. The location is also strategic, close to eateries and public conveniences. Wi-Fi is very fast and stable, suitable for working or watching Netflix. No direct interruptions throughout my stay. Highly recommended, will definitely come again!

Nice place to stay with your small family, really near to KB mall which is convenient. The apartment maintain well as well. The room absolutely cozy. The room have anything u need, a lot of thing which is great. Might be hard on parking only since there’s not reserved parking but still can park nearby the apartment. Luckily it’s public holiday so we don’t need to pay parking fee to MPKB. Overall the host also very kind and responsive. Definitely gonna booked again in the future

Place nice & owner very kind. But floorings dusty & bed sheet like nver changing. Need to improve on that. Overall ok. TQ

The whole building looks run down but the apartment was the total opposite; clean and homely. We have everything we need in the apartment. Child friendly too; we travelled with three kids 5 and below. Would totally recommend this place!

The host was responsive and kindly allowed us to check in an hour early. The place was great and we really enjoyed our stay—definitely planning to come back when we're in KB again! Parking was a bit tight, so we chose to park outside the building.

I had a very pleasant one-night stay at this property. The host was exceptionally kind, courteous, and responsive throughout the entire process. The location is highly strategic ,situated in the heart of the city, within close proximity to local eateries and just a short distance from Pasar Siti Khadijah. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Kelantan👌
