A recently built home, with a 2 bedroom ground floor Guest Suite. The Guest Suite has private access to a kitchenette/ dining and lounge and two bedrooms each with their own ensuites. Located in a quiet street only minutes walk from Suncorp stadium, Caxton St and a leisurely stroll into the city and Southbank. An additional (King Single) bed can be set up in the living room on request, prior to arrival ($40/per night). Host are in the unit above and happy to help with any issues or requests.

Walking distance to Suncorp Stadium, cafes and shops on Given Terrace, Latrobe Terrace, Rosalie village and Park Rd Milton. Public transport galore: bus stops only 4 minutes walk away, 10 min walk to Milton Train Station, 15 mins walk to the river, Milton Ferry Wharf and bike/walk path to city. My place is good for solo adventurers, couples, and business travellers.

My beautiful, modern studio apartment is on the bottom floor of my home and it is only 5 minutes walk from the bustling Kelvin Grove Urban Village, QUT campus and QLD Ballet Academy. Suncorp Stadium and Ballymore Stadiums are only a 20 minute stroll and the GABBA is 15 minutes by car. We are a 10 minute Uber or bus ride into the the city and Southbank Cultural Precinct and only 20 minutes from the Brisbane Airport. The Kelvin Grove market bursts into life every Saturday morning 6am-1pm.

I stayed at Alice’s Airbnb for three weeks and it was absolutely spot on. Everything was exactly as described and worked perfectly. The location is super convenient — a supermarket and good restaurants just a short walk away, and Ubers were always nearby whenever I needed one. The best part? It’s so peaceful and quiet at night — such a great place to unwind. And the pool was amazing! I went for a swim almost every day. Would definitely recommend and happily stay again.

I am not used to airbnbs however Claude and Vicki made me feel very welcome and were very inviting. Claude had a fire out the back and I was lucky enough to taste his wonderful Indian cooking. It was a cold snap in Brisbane and Vicki had put fleecey sheets and a lovely warm doona on the bed. The shower was lovely and hot and I had a great nights sleep. Thankyou again Vicki and Claude.

Nice price for what you got, the rooms are cleaned and cozy, and just feels like home. The only downside is that you can’t lock the room, and the house is shared by 4 rooms, so probably not a good idea to left valuables in room.

Tahi is super sweet host and her place was amazing, clean and felt cozy. She was super flexible when I requested to check out a little later due to my uni schedule and was very responsive. I love how convenient the location of the airbnb was to public transport and QUT -it made things super easy as I was here for a uni trip. The only thing I would note is the curtains inside the property, especially the bedroom are sheer and allow a lot of light in. It’s nice at night but it gets very bright in the morning so it might make it a little hard to sleep in haha But regardless, I would definitely come back and book with Tahi again :)
