Cozy one-bedroom apartment on the third floor of a peaceful house. There is no elevator in the house. No animals are allowed in the apartment. Easy to come from E8 road. In the bedroom, a 180cm double bed, can also be separated. The living room has a 120cm bed and one extra mattress. A travel crib and high chair. The kitchen has a set of dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower and a washer. A heat outlet for the car in the backyard.

The front door leads directly to the beach route that goes around the island. The nearest restaurant is in the next block, and in ten minutes you can walk to the Rajala shopping center. Relax in this peaceful old log house built in v.1822. The house is on the shore of the beautiful Kemijoki River on about 2.5ha plot. Two entrances to the house, one of which is for your own use. The apartment has been renovated in 2022. The sauna is in a separate building, has a sauna room, and a covered/open terrace. On the beach there is a boat in use, as well as a slide with a climbing rack for children. Great fishing and berry spots.
