I decided to stay here last minute in NYE because I don't like bring in the city when everyone lights fire. This place was an absolute treat especially for the last minute reservations. It was so quiet and peaceful. The free roaming animals are really cool and they let my 2 dogs have an entire fence in field to run in during our stay. The restaurants are close but far enough to make this place "in the niddle of nowhere." My daughter and I really enjoyed the horses, birds and goats. It was such a busy day but so refreshing and a great way to start our New Year. My 13 year old and I decided this is our go-to when we want to get away in the future.

Good furniture, comfortable bed, and a very sweet, beautiful, friendly cat that loves everyone makes a person feel at home in the very peaceful setting you will find yourself in. A very relaxing atmosphere

I can't say enough about Vicky And Micky, they were fabulous! We did the tour and the horse back riding and we even decided to do the dinner. Everything they are doing that farm is amazing and all non-profit to help save animals. If you're hesitant about dinner and price looks too much, DON'T BE! We were hesitant but they sincerely out did themselves. They have a culinary background and wowed us from beginning to end, it absolutely worth every penny! They know what they're doing in kitchen and tailored everything to our likes. It was such a relaxing weekend to get way, very nice place.

Vicky and Micky work hard to keep guests happy. I arrived right after Texas had record breaking cold temperatures, it hadn't been that cold since the 1800s. Naturally, this created some issues that were completely out of their control but Vicky and Micky worked hard to ensure all guests were taken care of. I wasn't able to get the cabin I reserved at first but they were able to move me into it a couple of days later. They worked hard to make up for the change in venue. Each of the cabins are a little different and have different stand out features. I was going to be working during my stay and the Lone Star cabin looked like a good fit. Its comfortable, peaceful, has good wi-fi and looks great. It is also set up well for a larger group. I loved the goats, pigs and donkeys freely roaming around. They are very dog friendly which was a major deciding factor for me. There are tons of add ons to cater to all kinds of experiences.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. They have a great thing going with rescue animals and birds. Micky took us on a tour and told us heart warming stories how they adopted these animals. This was an “experience “ and not typical Airbnb accommodations! Highly recommend!

It was so quiet that’s what impressed me the most And within 20 minutes, you could be right in town Which was nice I love animals. It was awesome.

A beautiful location l. An if you enjoy fishing this is the place to be! Everyone in our party caught several fish all weekend. ! We had an amazing time! Definitely coming back!

Our stay was wonderful! The cabin was perfect and it was a beautiful property. Upon checking in, the bathroom door was locked and the host had someone there to fix it in minutes! Highly recommend staying here

I can't say enough great things about Micky and Vicky. They were awesome from start to finish. The day before our stay we found out that the original cabin that we booked had been accidentally double booked. We had originally booked a two bedroom cabin for my wife and I and another couple. Micky and Vicky called us and said that, due to the double booking, they were going to put us in two other cabins. One for my wife and I and one for the other couple. When we arrived and saw that those two cabins were too small for us we called Micky and Vicky. Understanding our problem the quickly offered to trade with us. Micky and Vicky would stay in the small cabin, and they allowed us and our friends to stay in their private 3 bedroom residence. That's right. They allowed us to stay in their own private residence while they loaded up their animals and personal belongings to move to the small cabin during our entire stay. How's that for customer service. They were absolutely the best hosts ever.

The Farmhouse is in a very quiet area. We loved the nostalgia of the place and the peaceful atmosphere. Bartley was spot on as a host. We would definitely stay again!

It’s a beautiful room with high ceilings and beautifully furnished. Super clean. Very private. It’s out in the countryside but minutes to Boerne. Convenient home base as we also had plans in Comfort. Loved the fresh cold water in fridge. Thanks you, Holly.

Peaceful and private place right in town makes it very easy to walk to main street and all that Boerne offers. We had a great time. The home was very nice too!

We were actually pleasantly surprised that the home was even better than the photos! John was a fabulous host. He met us at the property to welcome us and gave us an overview of the whole place. We had 2 requests and John met our needs without blinking an eye. The home was well cared for and had everything we could possibly need and more! I would highly recommend the ranch and I will definitely return. Thank you John!!!

This was the best Airbnb I have stayed at. The host was super welcoming and was very responsive. The place was so clean and ready for anything we wanted to do. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again. The property was well worth the money. 10/10 recommend. Thank you Yaya for such an amazing stay.

Great place for some RR! We felt like we were gone for a week! The bed was super comfortable, best sleep! Our dog loved the open yard to play fetch. Every morning we woke up to deer and tons of unique birds. Boerne in general is a quaint city to visit and close to other destinations such as San Antonio or Fredrickburg. Guadalupe River State Park also was close and great place to enjoy tubing. We are looking forward to returning in the Fall!

I had my bachelorette weekend here with 2 friends. My goal was to disconnect and enjoy our peace. This place was perfect, beautiful property, everyone was incredibly helpful and peaceful. I definitely will be coming back again with my soon to be husband. Super sad to leave. We stayed in a yurt for 2 nights, never done it before and I was nervous with the 100 degree weather but they did not disappoint! Thank you guys for an amazing trip and letting us experience your beautiful property!

We had a wonderful stay at legacy farmstead! It’s our second time to stay and we love it!

This farmhouse was peaceful and felt like we were out in the country, but we were only a couple of miles from Boerne dining and shopping. We loved seeing sheep and goats and chickens roaming freely on the property, and met the owner who told us about the history and his involvement in turning it into a place for guests to stay. He was super responsive to our questions and requests. We even got a tour of the chicken coop and permission to gather fresh eggs for breakfast each day! We are so glad that we chose this location to stay, drive off to enjoy hiking, dining or shopping, then come back and relax & work a puzzle or watch a show.

The home was very clean. It was more spacious than I thought it would be. The extras like the wine, coffee, eggs, and candy were such a thoughtful gesture.

Great place. Better of what we expected would love to back another time, our kids had a great time with the goats

Stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. Very close to downtown Blanco so spent Saturday exploring the little charming town. Very peaceful at night and clean overall. If you’re very squeamish about bugs, this may not be the best for you. Pill bugs were everywhere (personally didn’t bother me and I understand their role in the ecosystem).

So highly recommend this beautiful home. I lived the quietness & beautiful scenery. Absolutely loved it and very comfortable and Melissa was such an amazing. Five Star you won’t regret staying here.

We typically stay at Airbnbs while on vacation, but in this instance we needed a place to stay while some work was being done at our house, and we needed a place that allowed pets. The cottage fit our needs perfectly, and we very much enjoyed our 18 day stay. The home was equipped with most everything we needed, which was nice considering our relatively long stay. We were able to keep to our normal routine, which was great. The property is very nice and very private, yet incredibly convenient to everything Boerne has to offer. The home is really nicely decorated, the primary bathroom is beautiful, and the 1/2 bath is very nice feature as well. I highly recommend the cottage!
