charming house Kasbah des Oudayas

Perfectly located in the centre of the old kasbah fortresse Oudayas, an historic and tourist site dating from the 12th century, and close to the beach and the medina, this charming and comfortable house is lovingly decorated. A new system of heating and aircon has recently been installed in the bedroom. The house has one delightful bedroom with double bed and washroom with shower, a Moroccan style salon with individual sofa and television which can sleep 3 people, a fully equipped kitchen, an open court, and a large, furnished terrace with a view of the Bou Regreg River. The house has easy access to public transport and all other services. Linen is provided. Rentals for short or long term are possible.

Superb luxury sea view apartment, 2nd floor, new building in a closed residence by the sea, 2 bedrooms, double living room, fireplace, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Tastefully furnished and allocated parking space. Play area for children. Possibility to surf all year round, surf site and school (one of the best spots in the region) located 5 minutes from the site and 18-hole golf course three nine 5 minutes from the site also has a driving range/18-hole course and club house.

Nice 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the sea. Loacated in a quiet residencial area where you can relax and enjoy the lovely view. Supermarket, taxi, and bus station are within 10min walk. It takes less than 30min to get to Rabat using transportation. Note: Per the law, we do not accept unmarried Moroccan couples (or unmarried couples where one of the parties is Moroccan).
