Well equipped house within very short walking distance to quite, private beach. Great amenities -- including bikes, kayak and paddle board. Private beach was gorgeous and very dog friendly, water was calm and shallow. Short driving distance to Lewes for great food, including terrific crabs.

We had a great stay at this AirBnB, it truly is right on the water. The pictures and all the listed amenities are accurate. The house was very clean and the air conditioning worked great on hot days. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious and each bedroom and the living room has their own Smart TV. We appreciated the first floor bedroom and bathroom for our older guests. The location provides immediate access to the beach with a lovely deck, a short drive to Milton restaurants and a quick walk to the Broadkill store for pantry items. The houses are close together and everyone was friendly and respectful of quiet hours. Linda was incredibly responsive and check-in was easy.

We had such a lovely time at the Blue Pearl! Karen is a wonderful host, very communicative and pleasant. The house was delightful and exactly as described. Slaughter Beach is private and peaceful with its own charms, the wildlife being one of them. Great stay!

Great place, spacious, great hosts, super neighbors. This is a private beach, no parking or access for public, so this is an exclusive place and well worth it.

We had such a great weekend at the house. Joe left a bunch of drinks and some snacks for us He also left our dog a gift as well which she loved. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We all enjoyed our weekend there and can’t wait to go back!

Moms weekend with our daughters was awesome. The house was clean and comfortable. Really thoughtful touches such as a first aid kit, and over the counter meds. I have never seen that in any AirBNB. Outlet shopping and nice restaurants were close. An all around good time had by all.🍸

Even though the weather didn’t let us swim, the beautiful pool looks inviting. The place welcomes pets, so you can bring your furry friends along. The hosts are quick to respond and helpful, making sure everything runs smoothly. Overall, it’s a charming, quiet getaway with friendly hosts and a lovely setting.

This tiny house was the perfect size for the two of us to spend a few days. Although it's situated only a few hundred yards from the highway, the property was mostly quiet. The kitchen and bathroom were surprisingly spacious, providing all the comforts of home. The weather was cool and dreary, which made the huge enclosed hot tub that much more enjoyable. The outdoor space looked amazing, so we are definitely planning to return when the weather is nice. Zach was very helpful and friendly. Overall a very satisfying experience.

A really well kept and clean space! Private entrance leads you up to the studio where you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space is very well kept and looks exactly like the photos. Access to the shared pool is an added bonus! Location is right off the highway so easy to get to wherever you want to go.

Our stay was very enjoyable! We loved the pool, fur babies, and all the recommendations Jennifer and family had for us. Also being only around 40 minutes from Rehoboth and Bethany beach, you're close enough to the shore while also being farther away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Would definitely recommend.

My family and I were looking for a quiet location to spend the weekend with grandma and it was beyond what we were hoping for. The most important thing is that grandma enjoyed it as much as we did. Let’s just say we fell in love with the location. Keep up the good work.

This is the perfect spot for a large group! There is plenty of room inside and out, with beds for everyone. It was also great to have multiple rooms with TVs so people could relax, and ample parking space. A great find and great host!

Omg ..my family and I didn't want to leave..it was so beautiful and comfortable.. the host were very nice and helpful and made sure that we were comfy.. my daughter loved the pool and and patio was great for chilling in the morning. We will definitely be going back again..loved everything about it

The home was warm & cozy, spotless. It was in a nice quiet location. Close to the beach, had a nice private yard for our dogs! The beds were extremely comfortable & the sheets smelled so fresh! Megan went over & above, She informed us we could check in at 2, which was a nice surprise. Megan responded so quickly when we had a question. We would definitely stay there again!

My husband, 18 year old daughter and 2 fur babies spent 6 days at this cute beach cottage. The hosts were very friendly and the personal, thoughtful touches aplenty showed that you were truly welcome. Most stocked rental we have ever stayed at in terms of supplies and extra amenities provided. I normally bring our Keurig and extra of everything (towels, toilet paper etc) and none of that was needed this time. The screened in porch was wonderful to view the waves and stay bug-free. A beach goer walking by commented she was very jealous of this feature. Just as advertised, steps from the water for easy access to beach walks and more. Beach was not very busy most of our stay which we enjoyed as we were wanting a quieter experience. Thank you again to the hosts for their hospitality.

My husband and I stayed at Huck and Buck farm with our dog King! It was quite an experience and very educational. Although tiny, the home was big enough for us and the bed was very comfortable. The outside seating area and hot tub were an added plus! Andrea and Michael are very personable and ensure you get a full experience of being on a farm as well as being a farmer! You cannot help but appreciate them and the work they put into it. In addition to our stay, we got a tour of the farm which included the vegetable and flower gardens. We also met all the animals and got to feed the goats. Andrea and Michael are open to any and all questions and provide you with a wealth of information. If you are interested in glamping on a working farm, this is the place for you!

I’ve been coming to the DE turf fields for years, we’ve stayed at Farm twice and it’s been great! Ford is a great host, super helpful and will make your stay unforgettable. The other families that stayed with us also had the same experience. No need to stay in a hotel in Dover when you can stay in the barn, everything you need is around the corner: grocery stores, diner, Irish pub and Wawa. I will definitely be referring other families to Ford for their trip to the DE turf fields. Thanks again Ford!

Patrick and Angel's place was a great winter escape for our group of six people and our dog. They have every detail covered, and were very easy to communicate with. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Convenient and useful for our weekend stay in DE. Instructions were clear and we had no issue checking in and out. Host also went above and beyond with amenities. We had everything we needed for the stay.

We had a great time! Place was very secluded and peaceful. We got to enjoy morning walks on the beach, collecting seashells and hearing of the ocean waves crash with nobody else around. The bed was comfortable, kitchen had all amenities that we needed, both bathrooms were clean and we got to enjoy a nice bath even. The beach had a lot of sandflies, luckily the owners had a bug spray which saved us, but you can also never go wrong with bringing one as well! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your awesome beach house!

The home was beautiful unfortunately the weather was not great for exploring. Enjoyed the home.
