Holiday rentals with a kayak in Kent County

We had the most amazing stay at this lakeside home! The property was absolutely perfect for our family gathering- we celebrated both Father’s Day and a birthday here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The lake was beautiful and peaceful. Our favorite spot was the tiki bar right next to the lake! The house itself was clean and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. What made our stay even more memorable were the WONDERFUL neighbors! They FEEL like family to us! One of the neighbors even offers fresh-baked goods. We were able to enjoy her cherry, apple, and banana-cream pies and banana bread. It was all delicious! This place is a gem, and we’re so grateful for making memories here. The host was communicative and helpful throughout the entire process, which made check-in and check-out really smooth. We were several families coming together in the area for a funeral, and this place worked very well for us. Very spacious with lots of sleeping options. Plenty of room to spread out for meals. I wish we had been here for more of a vacation because the lake is beautiful. Looks like a nice sandy bottom, and I wish I could've tried some fishing. Great deck overlooking the lake, accommodating and peaceful. Adam was very communicative, and everything was easy as far as getting inside and figuring things out.

Amazing stay for our weekend golf trip!

This was a fantastic property that we enjoyed over a long weekend in May. The property was exactly as advertised and the host was very responsive. This 4-bedroom unit was in a great location north of Grand Rapids. It was easy to get to, clean, and well-equipped. There was access to the lake with a walk across the street. If you life takes you to the area, I'd highly recommend!

This place was beautiful and cozy. Very nostalgic lake house vibe. The kids played the NES and watched vhs while we just hung out. Thanks for the stay and the accommodations!

The Geodome was an absolute utopia! Didn’t have to go anywhere else. We felt right at home and had plenty of outdoor activities to do. Beautiful view of Sandybottom Lake from the front deck, hot tub in the backyard by the fire pit, kayaks and dock access were ideal on the lake. Would absolutely stay again. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Thanks for everything!

GREAT HOST! beautiful property! this is definitely a cozy cabin vibe! scenic lake. relax and eat meals on the deck and enjoy nature under a canopy of tall trees! walk to the Cider brewery, they have really nice options, we bought some frozen ribeyes that were phenomenal, cooked them them the next day on the Blackstone BBQ and enjoyed life, my dog had a blast too!!

We had a great visit. House was clean, and in a pretty spot right on the lake. Would recommend to a friend or for future visit.

Loved this house! We had 8 girls. The beds were comfy, the house was stocked very well. I came over prepared with seasonings, garbage bags, and a lot of the basics.. and Paul had it all! Had plenty of towels & beach towels…The only thing we couldn’t find was a cutting board… quick Meijer trip! We LOVED THE HOUSE! interior was beautiful, a little dusty and bathroom downstairs needed a little cleaning but it was a 20 minute clean. I’m also very neat freak in that way and just did a cleaning when we got there. The property was beautiful, well stocked with firewood, was able to park 4 cars nicely. The sand down by the water was super soft. The upper deck (needed to wear shoes d/t a girl getting a splinter) the lower deck was Trex Deck & very nice. Hot tub was awesome. Overall, a wonderful experience & we all want to make it a yearly tradition coming back. Neighbors were nice and we were greeted by the friendly dog of a nearby neighbor. This house is a great house for a family! With multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces you can go about the day without feeling you are in top of one another. Wifi is fast and reliable, this home has a generator, great views, everything you could possibly ever need plus the things you didn't think of!

Furnace was a little loud. Other than that. It was a great relaxing location for a track weekend at Grattan.
