We are offering a upstairs guest suite in our home in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. We live in a quiet neighborhood minutes from Kentville ,New Minas ,Wolville. We have a pool and deck with a BBQ in season that we will share. We are close to popular hiking / snowshoeing trails ,wineries and shopping. This is a 2 separate unit home. The apartment upstairs is very bright with natural light, it is fully furnished with everything you need. Has private entry. Its located upstairs of the owner of the house, who lives in the 2nd unit downstairs. Its located in a residential area that is centrally located in the downtown Kentville core. Minute walking distance to all cafes, pubs, cider place, museums, hospitals, parks, schools, public pool, slash pad, tennis court, basketball court and shopping.

Located in Port Williams, you have easy access to restaurants (within a few minutes walk), wineries, beaches, parks, and other local sights (including close proximity to Wolfville).

Casa Young is a fully-furnished lower-level suite located in the Town of Kentville, close to all amenities and only steps away from Valley Regional Hospital. A private driveway with ample parking leads to the private entrance. The fenced backyard features a patio with outdoor dining. The home is located within walking distance from the Harvest Moon trail, bike paths, sports arena, tennis courts, pool with splash pad, and playgrounds, and also many nearby restaurants, cafes, and pubs.

The home is directly across from a local public school and minutes away from NSCC and Valley Regional Hospital.
