Holiday rentals with a pool in Kerala

Very responsible and friendly host. The place was clean and matched the photos. The host gave directions on closeby restaurants. The location is close to town and therefore easy to get food and other things. Was overall a pleasant experience staying there.

We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. I cannot put into words how special Deepu and Christine made our visit , Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and traditional I will certainly return. Thank you Deepu to you and your family and friends. I feel we arrived as guests but left as good friends . Highly recommend a visit to stay . A truly special experience made better by Deepu and his family whims on.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful private villa. The place was exactly as describe, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the stunning living room with a fully openable wall that overlooked the river and garden - like an indoor-outdoor lounge. It created a seamless connection with nature and was simply breathtaking. The 3BHK villa was spacious, clean, and came with a lovely pool. The caretaker and the chechi who stayed on-site to help with housekeeping and preparing quick meals were courteous and helpful, making our stay all the more comfortable. The location was serene and peaceful - ideal for unwinding.

I stayed at this beautiful Airbnb in Malappuram and had a great experience. It’s a big mansion with five bedrooms and all the necessary facilities like a AC, washing machine, heater, dishwasher, and more. The house is very clean and well-maintained. It also has a swimming pool and multiple TVs, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The caretaker was very helpful, and even the owner regularly checked in to make sure everything was fine. The best part is that the rate is very affordable considering all the features we got. Highly recommended!

Blue Cove Villa is a great place to stay. Very homely and comfortable. The rooms are cozy and clean. Bathrooms are well equipped with good plumbing and hot water. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to have a good dining experience. The plunge pool and outdoor space is tastefully designed. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. The host will make sure you will enjoy your experience at the be villa and surrounding areas.

We had the most wonderful stay at Simple’s property in Coonoor. We visited to celebrate a special birthday and an anniversary and it was great! Simple and the staff were incredibly responsive, attending to our needs promptly and ensuring our stay was comfortable The location is truly breathtaking—private, serene, and surrounded by stunning views! The room was beautifully designed, providing a perfect blend of aesthetics and cosiness The large windows with valley views were the highlight of the room, allowing us to immerse ourselves in nature fully. The on-site treehouse was a delightful highlight, offering a view of the waterfall and the soothing sound of cascading water. Early mornings were divine, with the gentle mist and serene atmosphere creating the perfect start to each day. We left with hearts full of joy and gratitude, and we wish Simple all the best in continuing to offer such a great experience to future guests. We are already looking forward to coming back again!

perfect it its. The host was cordial and welcoming to the place. He communicated every instruction in detail one day prior to the arrival- it made the entry seamlessly easy. the security at the entrance was very friendly in recieving us . The flat had good lift connnectivity. close to the elevator is the flat. 1. All white interiors are calm and relaxing and at the same time gives a luxury feeling. 2. well equipped kitchen- 3. had all the necessary mops in the toilets. 4. Had 2 toilets- something that was very helpful. 5. visiting guests had to get pass from the security - the host made the procedure so simple and i have to say, he responded swiftly and made sure that my guests were comfotably allowed into the apartments. 6. The SHop in the level -4 - OMG - it has everything- milk, batter, rice, wheat, millets, vegetables, fruits, tea stall, juice stall, almost everything for a family s day to day need- and that too - home delivery- Long story short. superb stay.

It has all the amenities listed, I enjoyed my stay, it close to restaurants, I like one of the restaurants Imperial kitchen, it is 500 meters away.

We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. Overall it was a great place to live for vacation. but there were some real pros and cons about it. pros : clean property and clean bathroom, clean towel and kitchen, very near to IT campus so there were a lot of restaurants and activities nearby, centre to famous beach spots , varkala, jatayu earth center cons : no drinking water provided we have to buy on our own, road to property is under construction so inconvenience to cabs and taxis overall a great place to spend time with family or friends. recommended if okay with the cons.
