It's modern, private, with Japanese screens allowing for natural light and block out blinds for full privacy. It is comfortable in a beautiful backyard setting with, its own access and a 3-minute drive to the beach.

In the garden of our beachfront home, is our studio cottage. Beautiful Chelsea beach is just out the gate. Our studio cottage has a full kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The main room has a large TV, double sofa bed, single sofa bed and comfy queen bed. There is NO separate bedroom. A dining table with up to 4 chairs. There is a washing machine also. The courtyard has a covered pergola with outdoor furniture Children's playground park close by

Yes it has Air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi and a Netflix account is also available.
