Phòng đầy đủ nội thất, có cả máy massage, tủ lạnh, bếp, microwave, máy giặt… Khá sạch sẽ và gọn gàng tuy nhiên không có sẵn những nhu yếu phẩm cơ bản như nước rửa tay, khăn giấy,… nên hơi bất tiện vì phải mua ngoài. Phòng lúc mới nhận có mùi hơi khó chịu.

For me the place was pretty spot-on. Washing machine, small kitchen, relatively quiet, on the second floor so no elevator necessary if you're okay with a flight of stairs, and about 50 metres from the beach. It's a nice, clean, swimmable beach too. Pro tip: for a good feed see Ca Nuong Co Thao. It's just around the corner and the BBQ fish will change your life. On that note, if you're into a more local feel with lots of good street food this end of the city is a lot less tourist-trap than the other side of the bridge. Enjoy!

Had an amazing stay. The location was perfect, right on the beachfront. The room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway

ky is a great & polite host, I really enjoyed the apartment, loving living like a local. there are 4 big flights of stairs up to the apartment which my mother did struggle with. I think that this needs to be clear in the listing for others to see. 5 stars all around

It is very comfortable to live here. There are many clear bars downstairs, and skylight is next door. The transportation here is very convenient. Thank you very much for letting us check in early.

Нам очень понравилось жилье. Квартира в точности как на фотографии и в описании. С хозяйкой можно было решить возникающие проблемы и вопросы. Очень хороший ремонт, отличный дизайн, превосходный вид из окна. Робот пылесос не работал, и даже после попытки починить тоже не работал корректно, но мы уже не стали разбираться, так как нам это не помешало. Хороший район и сам жилой комплекс современный и новый. Бассейн на крыше очень красивый и удобный. Прям возле дома в ларьках продают и фрукты, и смузи вкусные, и вьетнамский кофе, и бан ми по низким ценам и отличного качества. Рекомендую это жилье.

5-star accommodation, just as advertised. Real value for money. Everything worked as promised. The area is packed with recently erected high-rises, but the charms of earlier eras are close at hand. Highly recommended!

Phòng rộng, đầy đủ tiện nghi, view tuyệt đẹp. Vị trí ngay trung tâm, biển ở phía đối diện đường Trần Phú, đi bộ 5 phút đến chợ đêm, tháp Trầm Hương... Host nhiệt tình tiếp đón và giới thiệu các tour tham quan Nha Trang. Mình rất hài lòng khi lưu trú ở đây. Chỉ có 2 điều mình chưa hài lòng đó là thang máy hơi chậm và nước hơi yếu.

The Amelia Apartment is very nice and comfortable to stay. Quiet area. A lot of sunlight in the room. Kitchen has everything to cook your own food. Comfortable bed. The photos match the real apartment. The host is always responsive and helpful. Definitely we will come back to this place. Recommended.

The place was clean and the host responded quickly to all of my questions. It was less than a five minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.

The place is great. The room is big and nice with a great view. Not only is it centrally located with many shops and cafes nearby that are walkable, there is actually a shopping center in the building itself, which is super convenient. Everything was provided as well — towels, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush and hairbrushes, etc. Which is great to see. Nhan’s super responsive, quick to answer any of our questions, and was a huge help getting our stay extended. I’d definitely recommend staying at one of Nhan’s places. Excellent experience!

Отличная студия, светлая, просторная, все как на фото. Есть все необходимое, посуда, санитарные принадлежности, даже стиральный порошок; удобный матрас, новое постельное белье и полотенца. Четкие инструкции от хозяина, заселили раньше времени. Из минусов - посуду пришлось перемывать, душевая стойка была в чем то липком, шумный кондиционер. И район очень специфический, скорее подходит для постоянного проживания, чем для короткой остановки, так как в шаговой доступности нет ни нормальных магазинов, ни кафе, ни развлечений. Пляж тоже так себе, желания купаться там не возникло Сам жилой комплекс относительно новый, мало заселен, соседей не слышно . НО под окнами школа, и с 14 до 17 дети орут непрерывно, и на 28 этаже слышно очень хорошо, плюс какой то громкоговоритель работает. В целом, само жилье отличное, и если вас не смущают шумные дети и у вас есть байк или вы неприхотливы к инфраструктуре - это хороший вариант

I had a lovely stay at this apartment during my trip to Nha Trang! The sea view from the room was absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The apartment was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. That said, I believe the interior decoration could use a little refresh to bring more energy and warmth to the space — a few colorful touches or modern upgrades would really enhance the overall experience.
