Beachfront holiday rentals in Khem Beach

Lovely apartment in a part of the city that is off the tourist places. Amazing sunset view with pittoresk fisher boats. I loved the round windows with the amazing view of the stars from the bed at night. The water is clean enough for a quick swim in between, and there is a great beach about 10 minutes to the north by motorbike. Also em Van was most helpful - supporting our slightly bumpy arrival, giving advice on places to go, helping us renting a motorbike… Cảm ơn rất nhiều em Van! The location is slightly remote - having a motorbike is advisable. If you want to get a glimpse of the “normal” live in Dương Đông, the fishermen’s work, the women mending nets - it’s a good place. There’s a nice cafe around the corner as well as a restaurant. If you want to be in the middle of bars and spas and close to the night market you might want to choose a different place.

le village et la plage de Ganh Cong à Phu quoc sont paisibles et authentiques. l'emplacement du studio est sublime, il donne directement sur la mer pas de vis à vis. le jeune couple de propriétaires est charmant, chaleureux et réactif. Le lieu s'appelle revient! A recommander absolument

Lovely apartment. Well positioned need the beach. Great pool at the unit and central property pool. Mainly clean but could’ve been better under the bed and side tables etc. All in all a good stay. Very helpful staff when needed.

Clean, pristine place with the beach right around the corner and everything you need. Great place for family or with a group of friends. We love the private pool! Duong is a GREAT host! Very responsive, accommodate and extremely helpful. He help us with transportation and always check in with us to make sure our stay is comfortable. We definitely would recommend this place and will book it again when returning to Phu Quoc.

Everything went amazing and incredible place

Это отличная вилла для большой компании. Мы провели там 1 неделю и все было замечательно. Вилла новая и в ней все прекрасно. Очень красивая с множеством элементов декора. В ней реально приятно находится. Хозяйка виллы очень старается помогать и решать все вопросы оперативно. Мы обращались к ней много раз по разным вопросам и она всегда старалась помочь. Были некоторые неудобства из за шума насоса но я надеюсь что это будет исправлено . В целом это шикарная вилла. Пляж в пешей доступности тоже отличный!

Strategic location with nice view. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained and WiFi was fast. Thuan is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel, views and amenities w/the best staff ever. Hotel located on top of a steep hill. Hotel has motor bikes for use for guests, or prepare to rely on Grab/taxi rides to commute up and down, if the hill is an issue for you. Great restaurants around, tour event offices, plus in central area of island and super convenient to visit any part of the island from here. Highly recommend!

Прекрасная квартира в отличном месте с шикарным видом на бухту. Все шоу и салюты прекрасно видны с балкона. Множество ресторанов поблизости. Канатная дорога в 5 минутах ходьбы. Очень чистый и красивый район. Нам пребывание очень понравилось, обязательно будем рекомендовать эту квартиру друзьям и знакомым. Огромное спасибо за все!

Tuan was very responsive. On site staff very friendly and helpful. Provided us with golf cart transport to the beach if we chose not to walk. Offered us cleaning service every 2 days although we did not use it. Fresh towels whenever we asked. Bbq grill available. Pool was good and even had a “treadmill” for doing laps. Very big development but many of the villas were empty. Grab service for short rides to town for restaurants and larger grocery stores. Overall we had a very good time and the villa had everything we needed. Definetly will stay again when we visit Phu Quoc

Beautiful surroundings and clean apartment in perfect condition. For me the most important feature was the washing machine and kitchen with the big refrigerator. Worth to mention however is that there are very few dishes in the kitchen, and no mugs, only glasses, so if you are a big on hot drinks it could be a disadvantage. Also the bathroom has a glass wall so when you switch on the light you are fully visible from the room. For me actually it was a good thing as I could watch my baby while taking a shower and make sure he is ok. Minh was a wonderful host always available to recommend stuff and to resolve any issue.

Aroma is very nice she picked us up from hotel and also dropped us off at airport free of charge she’s so sweet.

Es war einfach wunderbar (allerdings hatten wir ein anderes Haus als ursprünglich gebucht - was uns letztendlich sehr recht war) und hier kommen wir gerne wieder hin!

This place is really great, but especially Huong is just amazing. She picked me up at the airport and she drove me to the ferry after my stay, so nice of her!! The place is cute, and really immersed in nature, so make sure you are comfortable with that. The Internet is good and reliable. The neighbourhood is really local, but everybody is so friendly. The house is a little bit hidden, so make sure to mark it properly in your map before you going exploring haha Overall, I had a great stay there!!

Mrs. Huong made our Phu Quoc stay truly special! She personally picked us up from the airport and sent us back to the airport on our return, making the transfer to-fro airport hassle-free. She also helped with laundry, provided fresh towels daily, and consistently check in with us to ensured our comfort throughout. When unexpected construction noise disrupted our sleep on the 2nd day morning, she offered a discount for our stay. Her sincerity made us reconsider switching accommodation, and her kindness and dedication convinced us to stay for the whole trip. Even though we were disturbed by the noise for few days, we were grateful to the hospitality from Mrs Huong! If you're looking for a host who genuinely cares, look no further. Thank you, Mrs. Huong, for your warmth and hospitality!

Binh hilft bei allen Angelegenheiten und organisiert Taxi oder Roller für uns. für die Kinder ideal, weil viel Platz, Garten und flaches Meer vorhanden. die Dachterrasse und Outdoor Küche sind so ein Schatz für uns. die Zeiten in der Hängematte dort und am Strand ein riesen Genuss. absolute Empfehlung wenn ihr Natur und Ruhe mögt!
