Holiday rentals with beach access in Khuê Mỹ

Ms Thuong was very responsive, helpful and resourceful. I stayed for 2 months and every Monday the was cleaned, towels have been changed. She provided a contact for a motorbike rental. She even provided a few kitchen utensils that I requested. It was a great stay!

I had a comfortable and smooth stay in this well-kept studio, situated in a neighborhood with plenty of eateries and within walking distance of the beach. Thank you!

Everything was perfect. See is in 10 minutes by walk, great grocery shop ("Full market") in 5 minutes, small park just in front of building. Personal was friendly and tried to help with everything. Drinking water and sine snacks were available on reception. I would like to return to this place in future.

if you want a place that’s located to almost anything, this is the best place to be. i would definitely stay here again if i ever have the chance to visit da nang again.

Beautiful apartment in a brand new building. Full kitchen, washer and dryer that worked well and balcony. Bathroom was great and hot water and AC was perfect. Very very spacious and a 5 minute walk from the beach.

Definitely a great place to stay. I've enjoyed every single day there, and Annie and her sister was amazing. They even contacted me after I was checked out, because I forgot some pants and money there. Both super friendly and helpful 🙏

The infinity pool with its endless sea view was absolutely stunning.

They did their best to support me, and I asked for additional things, and they proceeded right away~~I'll come back next time

This is my second time staying at the Chi Villa and hopefully not my last. It is so perfect! The best location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and a short scooter ride in to old town. The host Lam is so helpful and will organise everything you need! Breakfast is delicious. Thank you for everything and we will be back.

Fantastic place for group gathering, big family. Lots of nice food within 5~10 mins Grab. Very helpful co-host, sorry I can't recall his name. But I'm pretty sure I'll be back next 2026.

Adult5 Child3 On a trip with three generations It was a very suitable accommodation!! The swimming pool was very clean and the purification facility was It worked well. The air conditioner worked well in every room. Cleaning and towel replenishment were also good during consecutive nights. I have a plan to revisit!!

It's a great place for a big family to stay~ It's a place where both parents and children are satisfied ^^ Communication with the owner was smooth, and the location was good, so I was comfortable during the trip. We were at the accommodation, and the places we mainly used were the two marts in front, Byeonmi, Kong Cafe, and a Chinese restaurant right next to the accommodation. I wanted to go to Mitsuni, which has good reviews, but I couldn't go. The beach was close, so we could play in the water, and the swimming pool in the accommodation was at a suitable temperature, so the kids had a blast. If you're worried about large family accommodation, I recommend it~^^

Beautiful space! The Pao team was incredible and did so much to make us feel welcome. The location is about 10 mins away from ancient town and you’re nestled near the beach in a cute neighborhood. We used beach cruisers to bike everywhere. It was a great trip. Thank you Pao Homes!!

We loved this little place and location! Super low key area, loved visiting Cosy Corner Cafe and going for a swim in the ocean at the end of the driveway each morning! Important to know they are 3 separate rooms with no common area but it was fine, sweet little sitting areas outside of each room and inside. Rooms look darker than photos present but still gorgeous!

Great little spot. Close to the beach and easily accessible to Hoi A township via grab or bikes. David was a great host who gave excellent recommendations was responsive to questions we had and would book airport transfers and spa treatments if asked. The house was great and private. The pool was a highlight for us with many hours spent in it. The area is relatively quiet apart from a noisy rooster neighbour 😊 We loved the place and would come back again

I recommend this place to stay; I will definitely be staying here again. The host is really responsive and helpful. The location is strategic, a two-minute walk to the beach, and it is even better when you get a beach-view unit.

We had a great time, must say - never met a host like Vanne. She is very humble and cooperative. If you're visiting Da Nang then stay at her place.

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!! The apartment is beautiful and relaxing and Linh was a very proactive and friendly host, making sure that we were looked after and any thing that came up was sorted promptly and kindly! The apartment was spacious, bright, and incredibly comfortable.We even extended our stay and have already booked it again. Whenever we’re in Da Nang, this is the only place we want to stay. The water filter is a great bonus, and we loved the large rooms, cozy beds, and big TV. We truly felt at home here. The hosts are very kind and attentive — thank you so much for everything!
