Our house is in Kigamboni and has 4 apartments. It is in a friendly neighbourhood that gives you a break from the hustle of Dar. Enjoy the breeze or sunsets on the rooftop. Small play area for kids. 5min by car to the beach, or you walk. This apartment has one bedroom plus a sleeper couch in the living room, all with ACs. Fully equipped kitchen. Cleaning service twice a week included. 15 electricity units and 5GB internet included. If you need more, top-up is easy and we are happy to help.

Really good stay with Yayo, had some issues with power to the property but they communicated to us and were understanding, flexible, and helpful! great location especially if you are taking the ferry into dar and nice amount of space in the flat. Would recommend staying with them.

Wonderful stay. Rita and family have built an inspiring space, connected to culture and nature. I enjoyed the short walk to the spacious and mostly private beach, the delicious and healthy meals at night with the family, and the thoughtful conversations with a community of artists and cultural workers. Make sure to check out the dance and drumming classes! Thank you again for the great stay!
