Our stay at Azzurra's place was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The apartment itself was charming, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making us feel right at home, and the location is so close to the Watamu Mall where you can find an ATM, supermarket, nice coffee shop, and means of transportation to go around. The pool area was like a private oasis beautifully landscaped, impeccably maintained, and just the perfect temperature for a refreshing dip. Whether we were lounging poolside with a good book or taking a leisurely swim under the sun, every moment spent here felt like pure bliss Furthermore, Azzurra went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a cozy, centrally located retreat with thoughtful touches and a gracious host, look no further this is the place for you! We can't wait to return. Thank you Azzura

I felt at home immediately I arrived at Swordfish.The guard expressed readiness to host us.During the stay,Gladys was very helpful and made our stay cool . Rossella assisted with a list of cabs to engage during the stay that we really appreciated.I would highly recommend Swordfish samaki house to anyone willing to stay in Malindi.

Thank you for having us stay at your home during our short but sweet work trip to Kilifi. It's a shame we didn't get to spend as much time as we wanted, but the little time we spent there was well worth it. On our first day there, we enjoyed the most glorious sunset on the rooftop. The house is gorgeous and beautifully designed, and the best part was the huge, comfortable beds and the incredible shower. The pool was great for my team and I; it helped us out a lot with our early mornings and late-night work. The drive to the house from the main road can be quite long and tiresome because it's a rough road, and while the home isn't far, you have to drive slowly. This, of course, wouldn't have been an issue if we were on vacation. All in all, Fig House is exactly what we needed for a film crew of 6 who require a good rest and privacy after a long day in the field. I would definitely love to come back to stay here with family, especially on holiday. Asante sana!

Great stay! Would definitely do it again.

We were genuinely happy and excited during our stay at Korosho House and the staff - Moses for showing us around and taking us on different activities, Francis for the very tasty food, excellent and accountability while doing the meal plans, Vivian for always keeping the house clean and being around. The view and the pictures on the website were upto par. Fun fact : When you go there plan to go for at least 2 weeks #many activities available. The only "disappointment "is that we only stayed for 3 nights next time we should definitely come for 7 nights. The pool was very clean, the compound was well kept, there is an outdoor patio along with an outside gym. The environment was serene and secure and the creek had a beautiful sunset view. Also games for kids and ocean related activities. The price is inclusive of the chef's services.

My family and I stayed at Marijani Villa, for the Easter weekend and it was a spectacular experience. The view of the creek from the property is serene. The staff Rachel and Neema were warm, hospitable and they cooked us delicious meals all throughout the stay. We loved our stay and we would gladly do it again.

Rose is a fantastic host together with the staff on site, always keeping it clean, helping when needed! Very nice house and cozy pool, nice to also have neighbours (two similar houses next to each other). Only thing to note is that the location is slightly off but we rented motorbikes that were delivered to the house and Anthony the Tuktuk driver is great to drive you anywhere, so not a problem in the end! Also Kenyan power with the power cuts, but the generator always worked so it wasn’t a big issue.

I would strongly recommend staying at Violet's Airbnb, and will look to do so again when back in Kilifi. It is spacious, well-decorated, and clean.

Villa by the Beach was all that we expected and more. The pictures matched our expectations. The space was very clean with neat bedding and towels. Having travelled with family, it was very family friendly. Absolutely loved the outdoor space for early mornings and in the afternoons. The staff were great too. Maikel was very responsive and supportive. Jason and the security guy were also very professional and helpful. We surely enjoyed our stay and would definately recommend Villa by the Beach.

Truly such a lovely place that was just perfect to celebrate some of our friends turning 40, we couldn't have chosen a better place. Vipingo Ridge is known to be quite peaceful and a little out of the way, exactly what we were looking for. As all we did was hang out together, catch up and play some golf. The chef made very tasty meals to go with it all and the host Maria, most helfpful whenever we needed her and keen to every details. She kept the place clean and spectacular. The photos are not fully reflective of the place as it is so much more beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The space is exactly what you want for a beach getaway with friends - beautiful coastline and sea views off the back verandah. The staff are incredibly helpful yet unobtrusive, and being on Bofa Road means the rest of Kilifi is easily accessible. Highly recommended!

Carol's Air B n B was lovely. We were please at her communication and being generally a really nice host. Though the pool had a slight issue, she was honest to communicate this and was accommodating. The estate is beautiful and also quite close to Kilifi City Centre! We will be back, thanks for everything! Shout Out to Lilian and the Mandharani Team as well for lending us a bike- you're a life saver!

This is a wonderful home and we had a fabulous time. We came as 2 families of 4 (from London) + grandparents (from Nairobi) - so 10 of us in total. The house is beautiful - very charming and comfortable - and spills out onto the beach (via a private gated entrance). The kids loved playing in the small private pool and having daily walks out onto the reef in low-tide. The stretch of coastline the house is on is idyllic - about 20 min drive from Watamu town. The chef and staff are very attentive. We're all vegetarian and they handled that pretty well (though naturally they're more accustomed to a meat/seafood menu). As a family/group holiday venue, this is highly recommended.

Our stay at Villa Mkauju was absolutely fantastic! The villa is stunning, offering tranquility and comfort. A big thank you to the wonderful staff who were incredibly attentive and made us feel at home. Special thanks to the owner for maintaining such a beautiful property. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxury getaway in Malindi. Can't wait to return!

We just loved this place and thought it it even more beautiful than on the images. The tasteful house offers a spectacular view directly onto the ocean. The architecture is beautiful and everything works well. The place is located in a very safe and luxurious estate with access to a private beach an larger pool. We had daily visits from cute monekys and other pretty birds. The staff is very reliable and friendly and the chef great (this is a fully serviced house wirh a cook, someone doing the clothes etc.). Our only problem was, that we did not want to leave !

Words are not enough for this place , the place is just amazing with the beach to the house and the pool . The kitchen is fully equipped , the pool is amazing and the beach is perfect . I already want to go back and enjoy the place again ! Must visit !!!

Joanna’s place was amazing. My daughter with 6 friends went there and Joanna was very supportive and welcoming. The house is large, breezy, in great conditions, with large en suite rooms. The girls had a cook who helped prepare breakfast and dinner for a very reasonable prize , the pool was cleaned daily and the place was excellent for groups of families or friends. I would highly recommend and we will definitely go back !

WOW!! What a fabulous trip had by all!! 8 adults and 1 baby stayed for 10 nights at Shuma house. We had an incredible trip. Shuma is breathtakingly beautiful and peaceful, you really feel at one with nature here!. Shuma house itself is stunning, plenty of space for everyone, all the rooms are quirky, spacious and full of personality. The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating, and all work incredibly hard to ensure we are well fed and looked after. Martin, Shumas chef cooked us the most delicious meals night after night! Lots of choice and flexibility with meal choices/timings/allergies etc. Robert was amazing and tended to our every need, especially our daughter Elkies needs! Thank you all so much for making our trip to Shuma House absolutely fabulous! It was an emotional goodbye, but it certainly wont be the last!! We will be back!! Thank you! 🤩

Tina’s house is simply beautiful, probably the best location at Vipingo Ridge and a 5 minute walk to the Sundowner bar. The house is well furnished and the staff, particularly Marietta was excellent. We were also fortunate to have a chef, Ngowa who we would recommend if you book the villa. The golf course is one of the best in Kenya, but never busy and we played lots of padel tennis. We had a great holiday - thanks Tina - you were very helpful throughout our stay.

This is our 5th visit to The Beach House. We keep coming back for a bunch of reasons. Rehema, Ali and the rest of the staff are the best. The location right on the water with perfect views is unbeatable. Communication with Rory is consistently great. The top porch is some of my favorite square footage on the planet. And … have I mentioned how terrific Rehema is?
