The apartment is located in a historic French house, built in the early 1930s. It has been renovated and transformed with my love. All the decorations are handmade, making it truly the best place for relaxation and rest during your holiday. Phuong Anh is a lovely and responsive host, we were offered cleaning service as we stayed for two whole weeks, also whenever we had any questions they were responded to promptly. The place itself is really clean and for us was perfect for the price we paid. It’s also very easy to get grabs from the street outside, there’s also many very nice cafes and milk tea places that are open late. The only comment I would have if you are a light sleeper consider earplugs, Vietnamese people are very hard working and start work much earlier than perhaps we are used to so you may find it helpful to have them! This is not an issue with the Airbnb but you should consider this in order to adapt to the lifestyle of locals :) I recommend 100% stay here for either a short or long stay!

Gia đình mình ở đây 3 đêm để du lịch và xem G Dragon về Hà Nội và đây là đánh giá của mình - Điểm trừ : - Hẻm vào hơi nhỏ có thể bạn sẽ gặp chút khó khăn khi lần đầu tìm phòng - 2 nhà vệ sinh cho nhà 7-9 người thì hơi ít +Điểm cộng : Rất nhiều +Phù hợp với đi gia đình hoặc nhóm bạn,có 1 phòng ngủ master với nhà vệ sinh riêng và 1 phòng 5 người. +Đầy đủ như trên mô tả cần gì có thể nhắn chủ nhà hỏi thêm +Tất cả đồ dùng đều còn khá mới + Ví trí khá đẹp nếu đi vào cuối tuần vì ngay đường đi bộ và cũng gần điểm đón xe công nghệ - Total : 10/10 Về giá cả và dịch vụ mọi thứ đúng như mong đợi từ mô tả

I love the place. Although the apartment is in a old building but the interior is very nice and lovely. If you have big luggage, you may feel a little bit uncomfortable because there’s no elevator. Security is very good. Such a very interesting experience.

A very nice stay right in the center of Hanoi old town. The room had a romantic feel to it with a comfortable bed, and the balcony is simply amazing overlooking the street and daily husle and bustle below. The host was very kind and very helpful. The room made my stay in Hanoi very pleasant and I would stay here again on my next visit!

The apartment was lovely and in a great location for exploring Hanoi, especially the Old Quarter. The bed was super comfortable, which was a welcome relief after a day of sightseeing. The only minor thing is that the street noise could be a bit loud at night, so light sleepers might want to pack earplugs. We’re not light sleepers and like to stay out late, so the street noise didn’t bother us at all. In fact, being in the Old Quarter gave us a true local experience that we’d never get staying in a hotel. Overall, a fantastic stay!

So sad to leave I WISH I could stay forever. Firstly the hosts are AMAZING they provided super good recommendation the bun cha around the corner seriously is one of the best I’ve had in the city. The house is also surrounded by cute cafes with great drinks. But if you are lucky and the host family are in they will invite you for coffee upstairs their coffee machine is amazing. Another great feature of the house is the toilet. It’s JAPANESE I was finding excuses to sit on that thing and press all the buttons, the drying feature is CRAZYYYY, like a warm hug :))) I would HEAVILY recommend this place anyone who wants a great local experience of Hanoi the hosts are so welcoming and have lived in Hanoi forever, true locals with all the insider tips and tricks!! You won’t regret a stay here.
