Holiday rentals with lake access in Kinda Municipality

One of a greatest holidays! A nice, well kept house with the most beautiful view ever! The children loved the sheep, cats and chicken (and also the horses, which spent also some time in the area). We had very lovely hosts, with whom we fished crawfish in the night and who invited us to taste them. We were allowed to use kayak and rowboat, what has been the guarantee for many entertaining hours on the lake. Finally, the weather has been on our side. Thank you, Elisabeth and Jörgen for this perfect time, 12 points for Sweden!

I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to close to nature, stay in the most beautiful house and explore both nature and Astrid Lindgren's world. Håkan's houses are beautiful and well-maintained, and it felt a bit like living in a museum. We were 8 kids and 7 adults, and everyone had a great time fishing and exploring the huge grounds. Huge recommendation. We will definitely be back.

We booked the house for a short vacation of four nights, it is close to Astrid Lindgren World, Norra Kvill National Park and a super high ropes course. There is a swimming area with a jetty 300 meters away. The view of the lake from the covered terrace is super nice and is very quiet. The house was very suitable for us two adults and three children. The kitchen had everything you needed. There is a kitchen with dining table, a living room with a bed and access to the terrace, a living room with dining table and two beds, and a children's room with three beds. There are also some toys available. We were very happy in the house and recommend it!

Very lovingly designed accommodation in an absolutely fantastic location. The property is quiet and located right on the lake. The house is tastefully decorated and it is possible to stay in the house with 4 adults. Overall, the accommodation is very well maintained and lovingly furnished. We felt very comfortable with Malin and can only absolutely recommend it!

Beautiful location and such an awesome cottage with a great outdoor space for hanging out and playing. It was clean and just as pictured. Ultimate was super communicative and helpful with lots of clear information for arrival, etc.

We are very happy with our stay! The house is incredibly nice by the lake with a cozy swimming area right nearby where the children enjoyed it. Great lovely places to hang out many with very nice surroundings. As a host, Maria is very accommodating and nice! Responds quickly to messages about various concerns. Helen and her husband welcomed us even though we arrived late. Did not have time to enjoy, quickly to bed and off to Motala for the Vättern round. A nicely decorated accommodation with all the comforts. Great!

Stayed about 4 weeks in that apartment and enjoyed it very much. Everything has worked well and Anders was very quick with the communication.

We had a great time at Pärs place. It is really quiet in a wonderful landscape and the view over the sea is amazing! Inside we found everything we needed. We had a little chat with Pär, a really nice guy. We highly recommend this place :)

Very nice and well-equipped accommodation in the middle of Valdemarsvik with nice contact with the harbor. Just as nice this year as last year.

Perfect simple overnight accommodation in connection with a stay at Astrid Lindgren's World. A big plus is that you can bring pets. A small minus on the mischievous cat that wanted to get into the cottage and wanted to cuddle when you sat on the patio. Will definitely consider this accommodation again for future visits to Vimmerby/Astrid Lindgren's World.

We had a great week walking with our kids in the footsteps of Astird Lindgreen. Bullerbü, Katthult, Vimmerby and Mariannelund were easily accessible. There is a nice swimming lake near the apartment. The food at Anki's cafe is highly recommended. We have experienced a lot and have recovered well at the same time thanks to the spacious apartment and the tranquility in Karlstorp. Thank you!

Cozy little home with beautiful surroundings and proximity to the city center.

We had three beautiful days on the small island. Especially the kids enjoyed the stay very much. In the evening we could make fires and enjoy the tranquility. Unfortunately, there were also many mosquitoes, but we were prepared for that. The location is very nice and quiet. The accommodation itself is very simple, but with everything you need. Refrigerator, gas stove, etc. worked perfectly. The outdoor shower also serves its purpose. Communication with Peter was great and very fast. Definitely to be recommended.

Great host. Warm welcome and all the time available when anything was needed. The place was above expectations and perfect for those who want water and sauna tightly tied to the actual residence. A real pleasure and we would love to come back!

We have been to Scandinavia many times and have always rented a house. However, Helene's Seestuga has surpassed all previous properties. The location is sensational and unique without exaggeration, you live directly on the with your own jetty and your own seating area. The view of Lake Vättern is incredible. The Seestuga itself is lovingly furnished and has everything you need in everyday life. The tranquility and the spacious and well-kept garden immediately create a holiday atmosphere. Helene and her husband are also very lovely hosts, they take care of their guests immediately if they have any questions, without ever imposing themselves. If I had any questions, I received an answer within minutes, and I also received great tips for staying in the area during random meetings in the garden. Both are the perfect hosts and really strive to make the stay in Sweden a great experience.

Pia is a very nice, open, helpful person. The plot is super nice and the lake has very clear water. We are already thinking about booking our next holiday there.

It's the 3rd year in a row, we're guests in Monica and Rolf's lovely house. Also this year we had a wonderful stay where we really enjoyed the house and the beautiful surroundings. Rolf and Monica were so nice to let us know when the moose was out - A great experience for us! We would love to come again; the house is a gem, the location just perfect - and the hosts are friendly and welcoming!

Our stay with Kerstin and Åke was wonderful! Kerstin is a very warm woman who bakes very tasty bread and we felt like at home. The yellow house is very cozy, very clean and has a nice well-kept garden. It's very quiet and you have a fantastic view of Lake Sommen. You can make a nice little hike in the area. We highly recommend it and would always come back!

Super idyllic and quiet cottage. We were here for a few days with our daughter, she loved playing with the trampoline and the swing. Kristofer was always available and could also help us with a high chair. We can absolutely recommend the cottage.
