My stay at Mark’s beautiful apartment was an absolute pleasure. I was in need of an easy and peaceful get away and that was exactly what I had. The communication and instructions with Mark were clear, easy and friendly. The apartment offers magical views, cleanliness, the most wonderfully comfiest couch, a well stocked kitchen and pantry and two beaches (plus a number of eating venues) on either sides within a few minutes walk. I’m very much looking forwards to returning in the future.

Tracey's place was perfect! Clean, very well located, had everything we needed! I would highly recommend and will be staying here again next time we're in the neighbourhood!

This place was an absolute gem! Felt like we accidentally walked into someone’s super cozy, beautifully set-up home — and decided to stay (with permission, of course). The kitchen had everything you could think of — seriously, we didn’t need a thing. The whole place just felt warm, inviting, and ridiculously comfortable. Like a big comforting hug in house form. The location was perfect too — close to everything, but quiet enough to unwind. 10/10 would happily move in if they’d let us!

A Perfect Coastal Getaway We had an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment in Caloundra! The location is unbeatable – just a short stroll to the beach and town, making it easy to enjoy everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer. The view of the water from the apartment is stunning, and we loved relaxing on the spacious outdoor area, soaking it all in. The apartment itself is huge, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we needed to feel completely at home. The kitchen is a standout – big, modern, and stocked with generous pantry and fridge supplies, plus a fantastic coffee machine that made mornings extra special. The little luxuries really made a difference, from the dimmed lights creating a cozy ambiance to the large TV and king lounge suite perfect for unwinding. Awesome stay with a well maintained place in a perfect location

This is the perfect location for a couple wanting a few days away. Right on the water looking over the Bribie Inlet, it's in the prefect location for the beach, shops and good restaurants. The unit had been refurbished and they have gone to a lot of trouble to make the place outstanding. There was a lovely bottle of wine, crackers and cheese waiting for us on arrival in the mini kitchen. Don't plan on cooking anything much, though there is a double air fryer, a toaster, kettle and a great pod coffee machine, with plenty of pods in different flavours. There's a waching machine dryer and all the things you need to wash, plus ample large fluffy towels for the bathroom, the spa and or the beach. All the linen and furnishings are new or next to new and they have gone the extra mile to make it look and feel luxurious. There's a nice balcony and a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the view of the water and the passing fishing boats. Getting in and out was easy with the lock box keys.

We stayed in this beautiful unit with 6 adults and 2 children. The unit was very spacious, the bedrooms had their own balcony plus there was a huge balcony out the lounge room. The rooftop bedroom was enormous and accommodated 2 adults and 2 children. Lots of privacy for everyone. The rooftop was absolutely fantastic, hot spa was such a bonus, pizza oven and bbq. The bathrooms and kitchen was very well equipped with toiletries/ and cleaning products, which was fantastic. This unit was super clean and well equipped. Very close to the beach/surf club and restaurants. We definitely will come back, our whole family had a fantastic time. Oh, I forgot to mention the beautiful pool and pool area with hot tub. Our grandchildren had a blast, everything was very clean and well maintained.

Ross's place is tastefully appointed, with high quality linen and superb views. Walking distance to all local restaurants and bars, it was the perfect spot for a short stay. Ross gave us some recommendations for local eateries and was always responsive. We'd love to stay again.

Amazing stay with small kids - the apartment comes with everything you need from someone who knows toddlers. From baby wash and bath toys, kids toilet seat, plastic cutlery and plates, toys, puzzles and colouring books, spare sheets for the portacot, beach trolley and sand toys. The kids loved the waterpark, the jumping pillow and feeding their leftover chips to the eel in the restaurant fishpond. The washing machine and dryer were great, the dishwasher and kitchen facilities were perfect, the couch is comfy, the main bed is a king, and being on the top floor at the end limited the noise from other apartments. Having two bathrooms was a luxury. We loved the resort facilities and the short stroll to the beach. Highly recommended!

Best place we've stayed in Sunshine Coast and we can't wait to return and stay again. This place is an absolute treasure and Tracey (who we met at check-in) was brilliant and gave us some extra local recommendations for restaurants and playgrounds which we greatly appreciated. Apartment is exactly as per the photos, but the incredible decor also creates such a beautifully calm space. Well appointed kitchen for cooking and great pool / jacuzzi area which also has a BBQ area. Simply brilliant.

This cozy little place was so impressive! The perfect spot in the heart of the Sunshine Coast with an easy walk to the beach and some beautiful restaurants. The spa and pool area were quiet and clean. And the welcome fruit platter and hot drink selection were a very special (and welcome) touch. The icing on the cake was watching the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. Very highly recommend. Great value for money. I would definitely stay again.

Great location, easy access and parking. Very homely and also catered for our 22 month old, with portable cot and a variety of toys. Would stay again if down this way and certainly recommend this accomodation

We had the best time at Tracy’s place! The location and access to the water and resort facilities is fantastic. Such a gorgeous view - we were lucky to see kangaroos on the lake right outside every afternoon! One of the best I have stayed at. Tracy’s communication is great and incredibly responsive and the apartment was very clean. Super easy check in process. I would love to stay again and definitely recommend!

Robbie was great to deal with from the start. The room was really good for us and the resort facilities beautifully maintained. The pools were lovely to swim in and bbq area clean. Off street parking is always a bonus. Opposite the beach was a great location but Sunshine coast is a little busy for us. Would we stay again. Yes could as it’s close to family.

John has been the most wonderful and responsive host. John’s unit is as described and photographed - exceptionally clean, beautifully renovated, top quality appliances, great beds and linen, huge array of kitchen and cookware etc. Everything has been thought of to make the perfect stay! The beach is through the nearby gorgeous sandy track, swim flags nearby, and the building facilities are great. We already love this part of the coast - walks up Mt Coolum and enjoying long lunches at The Boat Shed. We highly recommend John as a 5 star and exceptional host - he has been amazingly responsive when needed - we look forward to future stays at his beautiful home. 😊⭐️🏖️☀️

Such an amazing find, best place we’ve stayed in the Sunshine Coast. We happened to book on a rainy weekend but that didn’t affect us at all as the apartment was perfect. Beautiful views, cosy interior and the spa on the roof make this place unique and in such a perfect location. Across the road from the beach for when the weather cooperated. Patisserie and fish shop nearby were excellent as well. Fantastic host, very organised and thorough with his check in and out, and gave us great recommendations. Definitely want to stay here again in future.
