Holiday rentals with a patio in Kingston

Our stay at Sharon's Airbnb was exceptional. As an individual who has OCD tendencies, I was extremely impressed and pleased by the cleanliness and airiness of Sharon's apartment; it exudes a very inviting and peaceful ambience from entry to the rear of the home. The rooms are very spacious with adequate drawers and large closet spaces that lent themselves to easy access to our belongings; the amenities provided comfort and convenience for us. We found Sharon to be an excellent host, her instructions were clear and she responded promptly and addressed all inquires that we had, she also assisted us by providing valuable information of places that were of interests to us. Sharon's home is located on a secured property and quiet street, but within minutes of frequently sought attractions in Kingston, including restaurants, supermarkets, etc., this made moving around seamless. Bar none, staying at Sharon's place will be our first choice on our next vacation to Kingston, Jamaica.

This place felt right at home. the host Brite & co-host Greg were very responsive and accommodating. the place is very private & equipped with everything you need. Looks exactly as pictured. There is a lovely breeze that blows through when the house is open (windows + sliding door). The rooftop is an additional bonus, it is very relaxing sitting off in the evening. Thank you Brite for making my special day memorable with the comfort of your Airbnb & Thank you Greg for adding the additional special touches to the place for our check-in because of our special day :)! We greatly appreciated it and really enjoyed our stay.

The day we checked in there was a power outage in the area. Rayhnah was very responsive / proactive and provided candles and flashlights for use until the lights returned..the place was quiet and well cleaned/ maintained and we felt safe with the 24hr security. Also Great location! Thank you for hosting Us!

Nice place feeling like a home with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

I had a comfy stay ,place was as described, only wish there were more blankets to cover with. The swing chair on the balcony was lovely. Over good comfortable private spot. Great pool view.

the personal touch of Christopher meeting us and the security knowing we were coming and friendliness was exceptional. it is very close to Devons house and Hope Road also 12 minute walk to Starbucks and shops. we had both Tastee and Juici Patty establishments near by. its a perfect location. would book again with Christopher. thank you. also great note to add he even checked in on us to see if we were ok. if we could rate 10 stars we would. see you again and thank you

Melicia place felt like home. it's a quite and perfect location. The home looks just as described. I highly recommend anyone looking for a perfect vacation this is the place to be in Kingston. it's close to everything. Easy checking and security guard on duty 24 hours. I will certainly make this my go to place in Town. Melica is a great host quick response.

This place was perfect for us. We felt right at home in this cozy home. It was clean and had everything that you could look for in an Airbnb. We didn’t have to go and purchase anything that we wouldn’t have had in our own home. This home was perfect for our needs and we appreciate the attention to detail and responsiveness of the host.

It’s a very beautiful home would recommend to anyone looking for a nice cozy quiet place. The Host was very nice and also very helpful and was always right there if you needed her.

Staying at this Airbnb in Jamaica was an absolute dream! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with every little detail thoughtfully taken care of. The host was warm, welcoming, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the peaceful surroundings and island breeze made each day feel special. I enjoyed my stay at solace it felt like home.. Latoya was very welcoming and responsive, place was clean and well kept, neighborhood was nice and peaceful. I’m truly grateful for such an experience and wouldn’t hesitate to return. If you’re looking for a spot in portmore that gives peace and comfort solace is the place, everything was smooth from checking in to checking out 10/10 would recommend. :)

Try this place….. great option instead of a hotel…

Our stay at the AirBnB was fantastic. Michael was helpful from the moment we booked till the day we left. Initially we planned to stay only two nights but he accommodated another night. The house was clean and as the description said, it was indeed cozy. It was perfect for a weekend getaway for my partner and I to reconnect after some time apart. Instructions to get to the house within the gated community were also clear and precise. There is not one thing I could say to complain about our stay at the house. We were pleasantly surprised by the little tokens like drinks and snacks which did come in handy at some point. The house was fully equipped with whatever we could need as well as decorated beautifully. I would highly recommend staying here, if possible we would definitely return. Kerice, was an amazing. Host, she gave amazing assistance and responded very well and fast to anything asked. The house is exactly how it looks in the photos. The yard is just so cute and great.,, will definitely stay again.

We needed somewhere to stay at the last minute when the host of an Airbnb we rented told us while it wasn't available 45 minute before out flight. So grateful that we got a response from them, they were so courteous. The place was clean, had hot water, AC was spot on, it was very safe, and Sandra was very friendly. I would stay here again for sure!

Heart and Soul II was a beautiful, well appointed apartment. It is located in a modern apartment complex on well maintained grounds. What I loved about this apartment is that it has facilities for you to prepare your own meals should you want to take a break from eating out. It felt like home away from home . Comfortable furnishings, tvs in the living and bedrooms. There’s also a pool and gym facilities. Catherine as a host was friendly, professional and was very responsive to my enquiries . I enjoyed my stay.

I will be using this as my home away from home. This is my go when i want to not be seen or heard. Love this place.

We felt incredibly safe and secure throughout our stay, thanks to the multiple layers of security—gated entrance, lobby desk, access card entry to both the building and our floor. The location couldn’t have been more ideal, just around the corner from Devon House Bakery. Ubers were super convenient and budget-friendly. The apartment itself was cozy, well-stocked with everything we needed, and perfect for either a short visit or a long-term stay. We especially enjoyed the balcony view and made use of the rooftop pool, which even had a mini infinity pool—such a relaxing bonus. We need liquid detergent for our clothes and John and Celia were on it right away. We appreciated their responsiveness to everything. Can't wait to be back!

Stayed here for two weeks absolutely superb, Kemeeka was great host always responsive and even gave us an extra half an hr after check out last minute. Great location, close to local amenities, lots of stuff to do in the area. Will definitely recommend and will return when back in Jamaica.

Another great stay. Sheldon is an exceptional host! The location is truly ideal, situated in the heart of Kingston and just a short walk from all the key spots. Communication with Sheldon was seamless; he was always easy to reach and quick to respond. The views from the apartment were absolutely breathtaking, especially at night, adding a magical touch to my stay. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, making it feel like a true home away from home. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot to my friends and family, and I can’t wait to stay here once again in the future!

I've stayed at this Air B and B a couple times. Great place to hang out, very peaceful and clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Robert’s place is centrally located in new Kingston it’s very private and secure the apartment is very clean and it’s equipped with all the amenities needed for the course of my visit.This will be my place to stay whenever I visit Kingston Jamaica and I would surely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for privacy and security
