Our much loved holiday home on Loch Tay is set in Scotland's most spectacular scenery, sited on the Heart 200 Road Trip through Perthshire. We are lucky to have a private shore, where you can sit amidst the rocks and trees, make a campfire or paddle in the loch . Rock Cottage's lounge with log burning stove is an ideal place to return to after taking part in outdoor sporting activities. Our grounds offer play, picnic and water areas. It is a great place to read or relax and watch the wildlife.

The Stable is a ground floor semi detached studio cottage situated in a private 40 acre estate with panoramic views of the Lake of Menteith, private covered porch, gas barbecue, freesat TV, DVD player, docking station and White Company linen. My unusual holiday home is part of the unique Bridge House built over the River Ardle in k1881. It has recently been renovated to a warm and cosy standard! We are also set up with good wi-fi for working from home Downstairs is a sitting room with study desk and dining room. Both have open fires. Next door is the breakfast bar, kitchen and a utility room. Upstairs is the master bedroom, twin room and brand new bathroom. There is a charming garden with outdoor dining area.
