The newly renovated Coach House at Hillbank House sits within the extensive grounds of our early 19th century Georgian house. Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie. You will enjoy complete seclusion and privacy while still being just a few minutes stroll to the town centre and the numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and other facilities. Part of a former manor house built in 1789, this private cottage is located in a delightful walled garden only a couple of minutes walk from the town centre. A woodburning stove has been recently installed. The property is ideally located to enjoy the best of Perthshire and has easy access onto the Cateran Trail. Perth and Dundee are both easily accessible and 30 minutes will take you to the ski slopes of Glenshee.
